The blinds are excellent and the prices are very good. Why only four dtars< Well make sure that you measure everything perfectly as reordering a part is painfully expensive. To be fair it was my bad!

Most awful service
Most awful service. I th9of testing by doing a relative small window first. Ordered with them nut was not happy so phoned them to confirm my order was what I wanted they confirm when eventually I received order it was wrong. Phoned them again but they said nothing they could do!!! So although the order was half wrong to save waste of money I had to order part of order again at a further cost plus more delivery. This is an awful unprofessional company in my opinion with u helpful cusyet service. Oh by the way still have mot received my addional order most upsetting 😡

The company was so helpful when we discovered that the material we had ordered was discontinued. They sent us a selection of samples which helped us choose another fabric. They helped us with the measurements and now that the blinds have been installed we are so pleased with them.
