The blinds are excellent and the prices are very good. Why only four dtars< Well make sure that you measure everything perfectly as reordering a part is painfully expensive. To be fair it was my bad!

This customer chose the wrong colour and now they’re annoyed. We did try to resolve this matter amicably by offering the customer a discount on another colour, but instead they decided to try and force a refund though PayPal and leave a 1-star review.
He purchased some Vertical blinds without using our free sample service (up to 8 free samples). By viewing our samples at home, you can make an informed decision if the colour is right for your window space. This customer decided not to do this and purchased the fabric based on the colour of his computer screen.

Lovely blind
Really lovely blind. Had seen the pattern elsewhere on other sites but price varied so much site to site. Saved £40 by using this company and delivery was faster than expected and blind is good quality so would definitely recommend this company

The blinds are well made. Only one point is like to mention is that the cover strip at the top should be chamfered on both parts so they meet without a gap

Thank you for leaving a review and feedback for our team. The Wooden Venetian you purchased comes by default with a straight cut pelmet. There’s an option on our order page to have a "double return". This gives the pelmet a mitred edge at both ends, allowing for a flush fit of end pieces. We'll investigate the visibility of this option on our site to see if we can improve on it.

Excellent service,great company.Chris was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me . My blinds arrived and I was totally blown away with them they look amazing. They have so much to choose from where as a lot of companies I found were just plain colours . I also got to add little finishes I wanted. I will be ordering again . Oh and an exceptional price.
