A very good place to have eye treatment. Very professional.

Strongly recommend Thetford clinic
The clinic at Thetford was easy to find and park. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, putting you at ease immediately, also very professional explaining everything about the procedure on the day and what to expect when having surgery.

A few years ago I had 2 cataract operations. Both very successful, The staff were wonderful and made me feel at ease.
Today I returned for laser treatment and once again everyone was so helpful and kind. Appointment was on time and all completed in 30 minutes.
Would highly recommend Aces.

Absolutely superb environment premises and the staff are exceptionally professional and friendly.....at all LEVELS .. the surgery was straightforward and quick......now i have 95% vision restored to my right eye (my astigmatism is -5.00) now waiting next month for left eye . UNEQUIVOCALLY RECOMMEND TO ALL

I visited the Lakeside branch and would recommend to all - Joanne, Ashanti, Iky, and Bonny were all friendly and polite. I felt very welcome and comfortable - waiting time was much less than a hospital appointment. I have been telling everyone how lovely it all was.

My experience with ACES for my surgery was excellent and I am quite impressed with ACES procedure. Staff were excellent and supportive.

The staff were very polite
The staff were very polite, professional and relaxed. When I had a query after leaving the clinic, I was able to wait until the optician was free and go in again to ask my question. I was impressed with how easy that was to do. Thank you.
