The order wasn’t sent initially
The order wasn’t sent initially. After a week I had to phone them up to ask for an update. Upon ordering it was a 3-5 day delivery.
Then another 5 days later I finally received it but still without any tracking info supplied.

Thank you for review. Your Item was handed to last mile delivery partner on 10th April and was due for delivery by Friday 11 Apr 2025 by them. This is within the 3-5 working day estimated service time provided at time of order. If the last mile partner failed to deliver on this day, then we sincerely apologise and appreciate your review as this helps us to resolve issues like this in chosing delivery partners.

Anydaydirect stand out from the rest
Anydaydirect deserve huge amounts of credit for there customer service . Exceptionally responsive with a direct positive attitude. I had a small issue with a product but surprisingly so it was dealt in a swift and professional manner ,in fact I would go as far as to say I have never recived such Exceptional customer service. Should any potential.customers have misgivings about dealing with an online entity. Rest assured these people ( for me anyway) will go out there way to accomadate any issues

Lovely little greenhouse
Lovely little greenhouse, I've had one before which lasted quite a few years and its perfect for pottering in with a few flowers and tomato plants. Its 4 not 5 stars because the 3-5 day delivery turned into 9 days and I'd already taken down the old one and the seedlings were left fending for themselves outside. The product itself is very good

3 to 5 days delivery took 3 weeks for something that was impossible to put up without getting my drill out and having to re bore the holes which were all out of line.
Crap product and crap service.
