I ordered a half dozen of colossal blue…

I ordered a half dozen of colossal blue crab. I was notified that they were not available I could either substitute for large or wait until Tuesday. I chose to wait, however I still not receive all colossal it was mixed with the premium large males. I called and spoke to someone and sent pictures as requested. It’s been weeks and I haven’t heard back from them.

On 2/23 I was contacted by the company and I had to, in good faith edit my review due to customer service. Their customer service is outstanding and I was surprised someone actually contacted me. They made the issue right and I am 100% grateful and appreciative of that. The best customer service I have received in quite some time. The guy was friendly, kind and professional. This type of customer service keeps customers coming back!

My recent order of Colossal crabs weren't what I was expecting. I order crabs very often and year round from another crab place but they didn't ha e Colossal crabs available so I went with Cameron's. My crabs were not Colossal maybe medium or large at best but not Colossal.

Disappointed because I wanted Colossal meaning huge male crabs. Plus, over$200 for these crab sizes weren't the price.

Jumbo Delicious Blue Crabs

After a small miscommunication. Cameron’s Seafood came through like Super Bowl Champions. Wow that’s not a bad idea. Maybe it’s not too late to order a dozen for the big game tomorrow. I truly had to use a bigger pot the crabs were so large. Thanks guys very impressed!

I ordered a bushel of steamed crabs…

I ordered a bushel of steamed crabs from Camerons. I live here in Florida and im originally from Maryland. They shipped it next day. The quality and packing of tje crabs was amazing. Very well seasoned. The meat was sweet and delicious. I will be ordering again soon. Great food and service.

we ordered soft shell whale crabs

we ordered soft shell whale crabs, 2 doz., which were to be cleaned. we had an issue with them not being cleaned. we took pics of what we found, called and spoke with Scotty, we sent him the pics. he refunded partial amt. of bill. after thawing out more, we found same issue. again sent pics to Scotty. he refunded full amt. of bill ! we did not expect that. he went over and above expectations. we found delivery of the product and his customer service to be something you don't see much anymore these days. we appreciate his business like manner ! thank you Scotty !

Delicious Full Crabs

So I ordered a Doz Colossal male hard crabs. I received my original order as promised on 12/29. I was somewhat dissatified. I left a msg and got a call back from Scotty. He heard my concerns and reshipped my order the same day. When I received my second order. I must say everything was perfect and I was very pleased. Loved the 🦀 🦀 🦀!!!

Highly Recommended!

I highly recommend ordering from Cameron’s! This company always delivers a high-quality product. The one time I had a small issue, they were polite, prompt, and eager to please. I send crabs to my father every Christmas, Father’s Day, and on his birthday and wouldn’t trust my order to anyone else.

Alaskan crablegs didn't disappoint

I've ordered now 3 times and I was never disappointed, we got 24 lbs for my birthday new years eve and it was plentiful for 8 of us and we had food to take home! I couldn't be more satisfied also customer service is awesome!

Amazing Taste

I ordered 12 pounds of colossal king…

I ordered 12 pounds of colossal king crab legs yesterday 12/27/2023. To my surprise, they were at my office the next day 12/28/2023 when i walked in the door at 11 AM
I would guess, that you can't ask for better service.

Amazing seafood, great service, always fresh!

I have placed 2 orders with Cameron's Seafood and couldn't be happier. A dozen of the Premium Large Male Blue Crabs for my first order and they were excellent! For my second order, a dozen of the Colossal Jumbo Male Blue Crabs, 5lbs of Rockfish Filets, and 5 packs of the Halibut Filets. Upon delivery I opened the cooler and was amazed at how large the crabs were, the filets, and all still frozen. Yes it's going to be a nice Superbowl party I'm having and I will be ordering more in the future!

IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased 9 lbs. of broken pieces Alaskan King Crab legs... Based off of the pictures they advertised on the website. I was disappointed. The company called and made my experience an absolutely positive one. I am extremely impressed with TWO personal phone calls I have received from this company, along with follow-up emails. I ended up ordering the Colossal King Crab legs, and THEY ARE AMAZING! Our family Christmas dinner was outstanding! Due to the customer service, I gave this company another shot, and they MADE IT RIGHT! Not very often you find this level of customer service, especially from an online company!

I'm so sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with your order.

As I explained in my last email, the layer of ice you see on the legs is due to the brine. After being cooked, the legs are dipped in sea water before freezing which creates a protective layer and preserves the freshness and moisture of the meat inside. This brine should be rinsed off prior to steaming the crab legs.

I'm very sorry if there was any confusion in regards to our broken pieces of King crab. As explained on our site, this particular product consists of a mix of broken pieces of legs and claws as well as knuckles, all of which are full of delicious meat!

I would really recommend giving these a shot despite your initial disappointment with how it looked in the bag as I believe you'll be pleasantly surprised by the delicious taste and tenderness of the meat.

If you are still unsatisfied with the broken pieces after steaming them please don't hesitate to reach back out to us and we will make sure you are taken care of.
