The Worst Warranty Company in the U
I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by this warranty company. I have meticulously followed all the manufacturer's recommendations and have a full-service history for my car. However, when I made a legitimate claim, the company went out of its way to find a flimsy excuse on the internet to deny payment. This is a classic example of a company that takes your money but refuses to honor its commitments. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to stay away. They are not a trustworthy provider, and you will be left high and dry when you need them the most.

Fabulous repair job!
The technician arrived right on time and did the most fabulous repair to my alloy. I can’t even see where the work was done and if I didn’t have before and after photos you wouldn’t know there had even been damage to the alloy!! Fantastic quick and expert service restored my pride and joy.

I had bought a 3yr old car, driven it for 4-6 weeks. Monitored a ‘squeak’ to work out its origin. Our salesman contacted technical/service dept, and appt was made. Diagnosis process revealed serious defects in gearbox. Care Plan agreed to pay costs.
Parts ordered. Repair done that day. Car only in garage for 3 days. Slight glitch putting into gear to drive away but technician sorted it immediately. Kindness and concern all the time. Thank you!

My experience with the insurer was great but their recommended supplier (Kwik Fit) was not in a rush (4/5 days wait) to replace the tyre - tried 2 different branches . I went elsewhere and was seen in 24 hours
