There was a quick response, asking for photographs of the damage. Repair was then agreed and the repairer contacted me to arrange a suitable time to come. The technician was quick, thorough and pleasant. The repair was carried out quickly with no trace showing. There was no paperwork and I was very satisfied with the results.

I found the whole process very easy and helpful. Car Care Plan didn't quibble about the repairing needed on my car.

Nothing. I cant get it done until several weeks time because Van Mossell when they sold me the car with little discount, low/pathetic price on my old car, told me they operated a collect service but did not tell me it would take many weeks to collect it.

The repair itself was great. Adi was really professional and informative and the result was great.

The claim process was frustrating with one of my claims refused without much consideration and I had to chase up the 2nd one to get it approved.

They were punctual, polite and did a great job - fast and efficient.

I made it very clear the extent of the dent yet the man who came to carry out the repair only did scratches so was a complete waste of everyone’s time. I’ve heard nothing from anyone since despite being told another department will be in contact immediately.
I won’t be taking out this protection cover again as the process is made unnecessary difficult to get your repairs carried out.
The lad who came out was very polite, however this whole process is a joke.
Very disappointed!….
