Fairly quick responses and good communication just lots of photos required but overall good. Wish I could say the same about some of your other products

Great communications. Grant informed me when he would arrive. He did a great job matching the colour paint required for my Merc, then did an excellent repair, blending in the new with the old paintwork.

Ok But, I had to go back to the garage, just for them to write, both tyres were legal, because my photos wasn't right, I had taken 1 photo, at slightly the wrong angle...

Really easy to use. Volvo Nottingham identified a component failure issue and dealt directly with Car Car Plan with no intervention from me. the repair was authorised and completed on the day. Brilliant.

Very efficient handling of my claim and very helpful customer services.

Listers garage in Banbury informed me that the leaking water pump on my Tiguan Allspace would cost over £800 to be repaired. They advised I was outside of the Warranty. Several months later I was advised that my Listers warranty was coming up for renewal and was in fact still in force. Following a call to the Listers Warranty they advised it would not be a problem and if the garage sent them the paperwork they would reimburse me. Several months later I was advised that they would only reimburse £312.70. Less than half for what they charged me. They suggested wear and tear. The car was less than 5 years old and low mileage, so very disappointed, especially as they messed up about the period of the warranty and even when the mistake was picked up they have taken over 6 months to resolve. Still not received the £312.70 after 2 weeks of being told the payment would be processed.

Only positive was that Nigel at Banbury Listers has been very helpful in trying to resolve matters.

The experience has put me off buying another VW and in using Listers.

Kept me informed about the time of his arrival and did a top notch job on the wheel.He also explained about after care, so as not to damage the work he did.

Very good service, fantastic communication and perfect finish.

Worst company this is to warn everyone in the UK never ever buy these policies when the car dealer push you to buy these products when you purchasing a new car, these companies are third world and cheap and no ethics just con people money out of their pockets and the main people benefit from this is the car dealers and those car companies

I bought this policy when I bought my car from Mercedes I don’t expect such a reputed company like Mercedes selling this cheap insurance packages to customers very sad to see how these days people make commissions by selling worst products to customers bad very bad. My humble advice is never buy once again, just go and buy yourself do some research and buy a good policy which is worth your money

Wouldn't honour a warranty claim on self levelling shock absorbers claiming "wear and tear" in spite of the fact that the vehicle is equipped with specialized self-leveling units (Nivomats), not standard shock absorbers. An internal failure of the leveling valves—which has caused the "reduced damping" noted on the MOT—is a mechanical breakdown of a covered component, not gradual deterioration. The policy even stated that shock absorbers were covered. Would not recommend as obviously will do anything to avoid paying out

Must say not too happy with the paint job on my bonnet, I could have done this myself, you can still see the stone chip and looks like he used a paint stick to cover it up,

I did not expect that, once I cleaned my car it stands out more than it did before.

So would not recommend using them.

The engineer arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. The work done on my wheel was excellent. I have used this company before and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Fantastic service, great communication and the repair was brilliant. You really couldn't tell it was so good. A+++++++++
