I have marked my review down due to the fact that when I submitted my claim I received no confirmation that it had been received or even if it was expected. An acknowledgment of the claim via a short email should be standard.

Very happy with the extended Car Car Plan warranty
When I purchased my used Ford from Group 1 in Farnborough, the extremely helpful and friendly salesman strongly advised me to take out the extended 4 year warranty. I was sceptical at first, but how pleased I am that I took his advice.
The intermittent illumination of the engine warning light indicated a fault with a sensor in the exhaust, which would have cost me £150 for the diagnostics plus £200+ for the replacement sensor (without which, the car would have failed the MOT (for which it was booked in as well as a service).
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the warranty covered the costs of both the diagnostics and replacement sensor, so a big thank you to Car Care Plan and Gruop 1 Ford!

The engineer was polite and professional. When I came to wash my car on Sunday on closer inspection it has scratch marks on there where it looks like it's been rubbed down with sandpaper.

We reported 2 damaged alloys at the same time.
However each was assigned to a different repairer.
The first repair was done professionally and we are really pleased with the results that was on the 2/4/26
We are still awaiting the second repair due to be done 15/5/26 so I can’t comment on the work as yet.
However, my gripe is why give this to 2 different repairers, which wastes both our and their time and additional costs when this could have been done by one repairer on one visit.

Car in for warranty on air con twice each tine the car was retain for several weeks and the issue not resolved
I was told by the dealer the car was to be returned to JLR after they failed to resolved I doubt this occurred as no evidence was provided even on request
Second occasion I was informed the car needed a new blower however this was never an issue as the air was just not blowing cold air
poor service would not recommend
