This is the warranty company to whom my van sale is with. Warranty is something they call formula 1 but yet my van needs a new ad blue adjecter and yous apparently done supply that part. Convient! . This part is now going to cost me a good few hundred pound. Even although I have been advised that yous have provided this part to other people when claiming there warranty. Wouldn't recommend

Poor repair and service not helpful

Booking the appointment is protracted and time consuming, having to provide photos etc. I booked for two wheels to be repaired but Oli explained that he had only been told to repair one. As he was pushed for time, left one wheel unrepaired.

A bit of a convoluted process with emails and photos back and forth with multiple different agents, and quite a long time to wait for refund, but got there in the end and money back in account which is the important bit.

Would have been a 5 but had to appeal against their original decision to refuse to do our catalytic converter under warranty. Fortunately our main dealer intervened and they changed their minds and paid up. Really pleased that I took out a warranty it has been well worth it

The service was amazing, really fast. The breakdown was in a really dangerous place and in fog. The policeman put warning notices at each end of the s bend. The tow truck lady was brilliant and although no garages in Cornwall could do any repairs until the end of March, we found a mobile mechanic recommended by a maintenance man where we stayed. He was brilliant too.
