The refunds take ages. In today's market it should take around 2 days been a week already and no refund of 23 quid from 30 min use. I understand the need to pay the amount but banking don't take that... Voir plus

Dreadful!!
I went to Westfield Stansted today and the battery didn’t come out. My emails haven’t been responded to and i’m still being charged. Be warned!

I had taken out a portable charger at Stratford Westfield and it started charging me however the charger was not dispensed.
I can see I am not the only one with this problem, I had tried to cancel my bank card and it is still taking money.
My emails are not being responded to and they are still taking money from my account

Horrible experience, i feel like someone just scammed me and there is nothing i can do about it. I used one of the charging devices from a bar in Manchester, 20£ were taken from my bank account as a deposit. However i did not receive the money back after that i gave the device back. I have sent an email, yet no one bothered to reply till now.
Do not use this!!

Absolutely shocking. Battery didn’t come out of its slot for me to use yet I’m being charged. This happened in Westfield shopping centre as I can see I’m not the only one so is this company going to bother with fixing this issue? I’m waiting to be reimbursed what I have paid & ongoing. Didn’t hear back from the live chat support and yet to have my email responded to.

Doesn't even deserve the 1 star!
For a tech company, the app should have troubleshooting options. Paid £5 for the hour. Pack didn’t work. Can’t do anything but send an email?!
I paid £2 simply to be irritated and ended up with a dead battery shortly thereafter... also it carried on for 24 hours and has now charged my £7.

I got a powerbank from Westfield and and I used it for 30 minutes and returned it the return was successful however the app is countinulessly charging me via the app

This is a scam do not use .paid 3 times twice the same battery was not charged and 3rd time did not pop up but yet I’m still getting charged and no way of contacting them only via email with no response still

I never get the charger out the rental machine in Westfield shopping centre . No option of canceling the rental or contacting anyone. The westfield staff said they can’t do anything and they can’t reach them by phone..
only email !! I sent mail but no answers yet.
They still charging me for a service I didn’t have access.

I never was able to locate the charger when I rented it out in Westfield shopping centre there was no way of canceling or contacting the app only email which I have yet to be responded ultimately resulting in money coming out of my account two days ins row for a service I did not get to use. I want a full refund.

I used the battery pack from 9:30pm and checked for 1hour (£2) at a pub. However, the battery pack itself was not charged at all, thus, I couldn't use it at all and returned it to the same charging station around 5 mins after.
But, even though I already returned it, I could see the fee has been kept charged and there was nothing that I can do to fix or stop charging. I could hear that when I put the battery pack back to the machine, it was keep saying that "battery has been successfully returned". However, the rental time in app was kept counted and now I can see the fee is keep rising as time goes.
It doesnt make sense at all that there's no contact point apart from email, and I still havent receive any reply from the company and it's still charging. I cant even delete the account in case the usage history is gone which might cause me not able to get any refund.

ESTAFADORES, hace dos meses hice una inversión de 1.300.000 según por qué esto daba ganancia, pero nunca ví mi plata nunca la puede sacar de la plataforma, nunca me dieron solución, juraba que el problema era yo por qué había conocido allegados que si habían sacado dinero, pero en mi caso nunca fue así, ahora hace más de dos semanas se cae la página y no dan respuesta, ESTAFADORES, engañan las necesidades de la gente.

Do not use these machines. Mine is still charging me since Saturday and I've had one email to say something will be done.. and then nothing!! Where is the customer service? I want a full reimbursement of any funds taken from my account. If I am not contacted I will be taking this further.

Honestly do not waste your money. This is a scam. They will charge you either per day or per hour and the battery pack will not work! There is no one to contact immediately, only via email.

Great idea …. Terrible execution!
Used this as my phone was about to die and needed to be able to accept a call from someone I was meeting. Took battery pack out of machine after it took
a £20 deposit from me via Apple Pay. When I returned the charger to the bank the stress began! Machine gave me no instructions on what would happen and just said Apple Pay was not working. It didn’t acknowledge the pack had been returned to the unit. All I could see on my bank app was I’d been charged the initial £20.. Several hours later at home I saw that the £20 charge had gone and I had been charged £4 thankfully but it was at the time very intrusive on my evening as I spent a lot of time trying to get the machine to work.
It’s seems to say on these reviews that you need an app. I didn’t have one and machine didn’t tell me I needed one. They def need to give clearer instructions for how it works on the station itself. No one at the pub where it was stationed knew how it worked either. It took a lot of my time trying to find out.

This is a scam. They owe me money and have made their live chat defunct and won't reply to their emails. Currently looking at raising a formal claim.
Their "upgrade " just means that you will never get a confirmation for your rental time and when you return the power bank and you will be getting overcharged and no one will respond to you. The app told me of a place near me that It said was open to return my power bank. I returned my powerbank but got no confirmation but as my power bank wasn't moving out of that slot, There was nothing I could do and I had to go to work and I had relied on the app, and the
Kindness of a security guard who director me to the return station.
For a service that charges you an hourly rental, if you don't have customer support that replies promptly (I haven't had a single email that has taken steps towards addressing this issue), you are clearly doing everything in your power to squeeze out money in the way that a scammer does. Really shameful.
I've had negative experiences before but this takes the cake as they completely refuse to provide me with my consumer knowledge as is my right, and a refund for overcharging me for their mountain of faults.

Their service is shocking. '1 minute reply' sure you replied after 45 hours and with a copy paste of 'we're changing system so please email'
Charging stations are new but there is also old ones, if you get an old charger you can't return it until you find one, and the app obviously doesn't tell you which are new which are old.
On top of that, the available slots are completely wrong.
Do not use it, it's not worth the hassle. Asking for a full refund for my time being wasted and having to go to 6 different 'stations'.

Awful service - “bought” a £30 one off charger 28th May only to find that unit would not unlock and give me my purchase device.
I immediately went online on the “chat “chat to complain, apparently there are faulty units with no indication
I’ve been promised a refund despite many screenshots of payments, now 26th of June and still waiting, awful customer service

Scam.
Charged for half an hour at The Euston Flyer pub in London. Was clear I didn’t have a clue what to do with it as the barman had to do it all for me. I then return it to him and 50 hours later it’s on £14 and telling me I will be charged £30 if the charger isn’t returned.
An absolutely disgrace and scam. In these instances if a power bank is truly “lost”, then the charge should come from the pub they work with.
I imagine this has happened to thousand of others.
