Really good
Really good. Engineer Joseph was very nice and professional. The broadband is fast enough. Although I’m still observing it as it was cutting off repeatedly later at night. I want to believed it’s because it’s been newly installed so I will keep observing. I will definitely recommend

Just had two guys to install city fibre…
Just had two guys to install city fibre yesterday 6/10/2026 did a good job apart from not taking all the rubbish away with them, screws etc card board box raw plugs , that is sloppy work in my eyes.

No resolution
No resolution
I have posted twice on here with no resolution
Today a City Fibre engineer called at my home to advise that they will raise the wire on a pole to be above 2 metres, this is not a resolution, it will make the wire closer to our main roof.
I advised the engineer this makes future repairs to our chimney impossible, He was very arrogant and did not care.
I will be emailing the board this PM and looking at legal action.

Fibre broadband installation

He was friendly, polite and professional. On completion of the work he showed me what he had done and remained to ensure that the new system was working correctly.
I'm happy to recommend City Fibre.
