Very poor communication
Very poor communication, I emailed twice for a rough dispatch/delivery date and got a very vague reply. Then when I rand after ten days i couldn’t get through, so emailed again and then the next thing I have a delivery date nearly three weeks after my order.

Great mattress, very pleased
Good communication, so I knew when it would be delivered. Very helpful person on the phone. The mattress was great quality. The delivery man even offered to take it upstairs to the bedroom for us.Would definitely recommend this company.

Good but mix up with collection.elpful to…
Contract Divan Beds were helpful to deal with and we are pleased with the product. However the mix up with collecting the old mattress was a problem, as it was on its side in her small flat for 7 more days, which was inconvenient.

Order process was easier, and great level of advice on the phone too, which helped me select the right product. There were a few issues with the separate delivery company, but Contract Divan Beds worked hard to get this resolved on my behalf. Will use them again!

We are a charity who buy goods on behalf of others who the goods go to directly.
I did give a telephone number of where the goods were going but you kept emailing me about delivery.
I could not help with this information. I did ring the company and explain but still I kept getting the emails.

BEDS FOR HOLIDAY HOMES
Adam assisted us with two urgent orders, which he arranged and had delivered on time. He also arranged for fabric samples to be sent beforehand which proved to be useful.
Divan beds were very well made and mattresses were super quality and incredibly comfortable.
We will definitely be ordering with them again.
