New mattress
I bought a new double mattress(waterproof) , as the old one smelled of mold due to condensation caused by lack of airflow in the bedroom.
It was delivered ontime , straight to our bedroom .
It is slightly firmer than the 4000 pocket spring mattress we had before but its very comfortable and we now sleep better all night without waking every few hours.
I also put a waterproof full zipped mattress cover on it to make sure less moisture will collect and go mouldy.
Very happy with the company and the mattress and would reccomend them both.

A great experience from first enquiries to the purchase of our zip and link beds!
Adam was extremely helpful in advising us on the correct bed to buy. When we ordered it he went over every step with us until we were clear about, and happy with our purchase.
The delivery guys were especially helpful and made sure we were happy with the bed before they left.

First Class Service
Firstly the website was easy to navigate and I had very quickly placed an order for a bed and headboard for my mum in her care home. I received regular emails and texts to confirm the order and delivery. I also spoke with Adam in Customer Services to discuss delivery times and days (as the order was going to a care home there were restricted delivery times). He was incredibly helpful, reassuring and very customer orientated as well as being a really nice guy. I would definately recommend Contract Divan Beds and if you have any questions then Adam is your go to! Delivery was seamless and the maintenance team at the care home had the bed all put together when I arrived.

An excellent experience from…
An excellent company experience from start to finish. Ordered online and found a large number of options, beds, colours and sizes, and the high number of positive reviews certainly made a difference!
Received a phone call because I’d accidentally ordered a different colour divan base to headboard and they wanted to check the order. I had made a mistake so they rectified this immediately.
Delivery details were emailed and texted through and whilst normally a Saturday delivery would have been ideal, on this occasion we had a family event that couldn’t be missed. Called and left a message and they called back within 15 minutes to say that we would be the first delivery of the day, at 6.30am.
6.30 this morning our bed, mattresses and headboard arrived. Prompt, friendly delivery team - packaged perfectly to avoid damage en route. Bed is now in position, it looks amazing, incredibly comfortable and a 5* experience from the moment we ordered until the moment we climbed in!!

Brilliant help when I rang up for advice and guidance. Delivery by a two man team spot on time, very pleasant and even made the bed up for us. The topping in the cake was the bed is so comfortable. Will definitely recommend and use again if in need of another bed in the house.
