Great service, very prompt efficient delivery. The delivery drive was pleasant, helpful and cheery. Mattresses were spot on, good value for money.

I needed a bed base ASAP. Rrally friendly and helpful from.stsrt to the end.
Considering how desperate I was for delivery due to spine surgery.
Theu got the bed delivered very quickly.
Within a week. Amd it was Bank Holiday.
Adeel was awesome..he handled my order.
He was at the end of the phone all day every day listening to my stress and concerns.
The Friday night the bed was arriving, he didn't clock off at 5 as most would have done. He actually kept track of my bed for me. And kept me posted until it was in my bedroom.
He went above and beyond to reassure me. And help me and my needs.

I ordered 2 single beds with matching headboards for our loft. They arrived on time. One of the bases was missing some metal bits. I contacted the customer care team and they sorted out the issue super fast. And Adam from the team even checked back a week later to double check everything was sorted out. Amazing.
