Convenient Parking
This was such an easy and straightforward process. It was easy to park and the shuttle bus was perfect. I had plenty of communication regarding my booking and will definitely use it again.

It all worked, exactly as expected, as it should. This was my second use: will definitely use again.
Pre- stuff - confirmation, emails, accurate. Barriers/ANPR worked, both in and out. Didn't expect to be but was parked under cover - great as it was raining on arrival. Very significantly better than experience later that (2) days at Heathrow, thank you NATs. The marble floor at Hrw is very hard, very cold. But happily, my car likes hard, cold surfaces so was v. happy!

They will not care about your car.
I left my car with Gatwick Valet parking for 8 days. On my return I found my steering wheel had been damaged. Because in the small print I left the airport before raising a claim they refused my claim. In this matter they are their own Judge and Jury. Your only course of action is to sue. They don't care about the customer only avoiding responsibility, they have a dishonest person working for them and they don't care.
Edit - I have written to Customer Care as they suggest.
3 Oct: Nothing back so it was just a meaningless response.

Quite an easy experience. Regular buses but they were very crowded early morning. Not the cheapest but I had to book quite late and I've been put off meet and greet from recent press. Might be cheaper if you book early?

It was the first time I used the mid…
It was the first time I used the mid term parking at Gatwick (I usually book long term parking). This was far better and much more convenient. I have a bad hip at the moment so using this car park was much more suitable for me. I was able to park on the ground floor, and walk under cover to departures which took no more than 10 minutes. I will not be using long term parking anymore, mid term parking is the way forward for me now.

Official Gatwick Airport Parking is a good option
Official Gatwick Airport Parking is an easy service to book and use. They make allowances for delays in flight arrival time. It is worth booking in advance as you can as prices do change. ANPR makes it easy to enter and exit.
