Needed to identify a grohe tap product for a part. Got a reply within a couple of hours with the part details and a link on where to buy from.

I contacted GROHE regarding an E7 error on my GROHE Blue system. Chris responded with clear and helpful advice, explaining that the issue could be caused by moisture or condensation inside the chiller unit and suggesting a simple procedure to dry it out.

I followed his instructions and I’m very pleased to say that the problem was completely resolved without the need for an engineer or a service visit.

I purchased a Grohe Precision 250 concealed shower system from a local store in January 2026. It wasn't until August that I finally got round to installing the unit. In doing so I realised that the chrome cover plate was missing. It was too late to go back to my local store so I contacted Grohe Technical. Chris the technician was very helpful, although generally Grohe do not hold spare parts, Chris did in fact find a chrome cover plate in his office and forwarded it on to me.

Chris, working in the GROHE spare office, immediately understood the issue that I was facing. Even when explained in my clumsy / non-plumber way. This issue had bugged me for years and he had the solution straight away. I received the little extension kit that was needed free of charge from him yesterday and the issue seems completely resolved! Top notch service as he also saved me a considerable amount of money as the part could only be purchased as part of a set on a 3rd party spares website. Thanks very much Chris!

Had a slight issue with an order from Victoria Plumbing missing a key part to my Grohe Shower system. Reached out to Grohe and they were more than happy to send the replacement part. Very impressed with their after service care.

I emailed customer services asking for advice as to the correct relacement Grohe shower hose for my installation. I had an immediate acknowledgement. The following working day I was sent details of the hose recommended. I bought one and it works perfectly.

We purchased a range of Grohe items (bath mixer, Rainshower, basin mixer) as I had used them several times before, for our loft extension some years ago. Recently the end cover for the bath mixer cartridge broke off during cleaning. It was out of the 5 year warranty and only available as part of the complete cartridge unit. Grohe kindly sent us the specific part from Germany. That, and the quality, is why we go back.

Grohe came back to me with a full response to the questions asked and no supplementary questions were needed.

I contacted GROHE Support for help with a broken shower handle, and Paul was extremely helpful. He responded quickly, dealt with my request professionally and efficiently, advised me on the correct parts, and directed me to a helpful video that made the repair much easier.

Super quick response to my questions about shower mixers. Not bought anything yet but if the product is as good as the service, I'll be happy.

I bought a grohe kitchen spray tap for quality and customer service. It’s been amazing for four years and I need a replacement head as it makes a noise although works and no quibble just sent a photo and my copy receipt and it’s being sent to me. You can’t ask for more. Excellent

Made an inquiry about our legacy shower for which we needed a spare. Submitting the enquiry was fairly straightforward and we received a prompt reply to the initial inquiry and subsequent follow-up questions. Now all we have to do is get the old part out of the new one in with nothing breaking!
