Excellent Customer Service
Although the lamps I ordered did not go with my decor and I returned them, the after service was second to non. A courier was sent for the returned items and a full refund within hours. I will definitely be purchasing more from Kayuhome.

I phoned the company to ask advice about a lampshade size and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and pleasant. I ordered the lampshade and it was delivered very quickly and is exactly what we wanted.

Super helpful and efficient
I was looking for a large green Jade ornament for my partner and they were super helpful in making sure I picked the right one I was happy with. Everyone I spoke to got back to me and sent me multiple pics of the designs to help me choose as all were different due to the type of stone.
One I confirmed the one I wanted the delivery and service was super quick and came very nearer and securely wrapped.
Would recommend them and their customer services to anyone.

Perfect Buddha from an amazing online retailer
After researching the internet for the perfect garden stone Buddha within our budget we finally found it on Kayuhome, a company I was not familiar with. Ordering was easy, customer services for extremely efficient in in getting back to us on the weight and we received delivery of our parcel within 2-days. As usual with sight unseen items purchased on the internet, there is always the slight tension as to whether the product resembles it's photographic self on add website. In this instance we were delighted that the Buddha was even closer to what we had in mind than we were expecting from the online picture. It was a real joy coming across kayuhome and we are already planning what other home decorations to buy next.
