Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Avis

Travelling with a beloved pet can easily become one of the most stressful parts of a journey, especially when crossing an international border, but Luxury Pet Taxi managed to turn ours into something completely different: a relaxed, comfortable and genuinely enjoyable experience.

Our excellent experience actually began well before the journey itself, thanks to Monika, who handled our initial enquiries as well as all the administrative and bureaucratic aspects connected with travelling with a pet across the border. She was always extremely helpful, responsive and reassuring, guiding us clearly through every step and making what could have been a complicated process feel remarkably simple. Her professionalism, patience and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind from the very beginning.

My wife and I then travelled from Paris to London with our beagle, Oliver, accompanied by our wonderful driver, Greg. From the moment we met him, we immediately felt that we were in safe hands. He was incredibly professional, kind and attentive, but what impressed us most was the genuine care he showed towards Oliver. It was obvious that, for Greg, our dog was not simply another passenger, but truly part of the family.

The whole journey was smooth and perfectly organised. Greg made sure that all three of us were comfortable and relaxed throughout the trip. His friendliness and pleasant company made the hours on the road pass surprisingly quickly, while the excellent preparation and organisation provided by Monika meant that the border crossing was handled smoothly and without unnecessary stress.

Oliver arrived in London happy, calm and completely stress-free — which, for us, says everything.

Luxury Pet Taxi really does make you feel that your pet is a VIP passenger. When someone is looking after a member of your family, professionalism matters, but kindness, reliability and genuine love for animals matter even more. Monika and Greg gave us all of that, each in their own way.

We arrived in London feeling that we had not simply booked a transfer, but that we had been looked after from our very first enquiry until the moment we reached our destination.

A heartfelt thank you to Monika and Greg, and to the entire Luxury Pet Taxi team, from Luca, Alessandra and, of course, Oliver 🐾❤️.

We could not recommend them highly enough and would choose them again without hesitation for our next journey between Europe and the UK.

Five stars simply don’t feel enough!

Greg picked us up right on time and was very friendly and accommodating. The car was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We’re definitely booking Luxury Pet Taxi for our next trip.

From the very beginning—starting with my initial email—right through to the end, meaning all the way to our front door, I received incredibly friendly, professional, and wonderful service. It was a very comfortable journey for both me and my dog.
Thank you so much for everything, Luxury Pet Service. I recommend you to everyone; you certainly won't regret it.

Absolutely fantastic service. I would highly recommend Monika and her team to anyone looking to transport their pets with them to the UK. Went from CDG to London with our dog without a hitch. Flawless from beginning to end! Thank you!!

We engaged the help of Luxury Pet Taxi to transport our dog and us from Paris CDG airport to London. Monika was prompt in reaching out and arranging all the logistics, including the Eurotunnel ticket and driver. Even when our flight was delayed, she handled all the necessary arrangements to amend the ticket timing. Jakub was also friendly and took great care of us throughout the ride, which made our long journey much comfortable and relaxing. Recommend them if you are looking to ferry your pets from France to the UK!

I would recommend this service to anyone, Monika and Greg are great people, they run a highly organised business that makes you and your pet feel special & it also removes all stress from travelling. 10/10 service thanks again! From Benn & Cleo😊

Monika and Greg at Luxury Pet Taxi were fantastic from start to finish. Monika handled everything by email before I even arrived, and every detail was sorted and clearly communicated. Greg was my driver and he was brilliant: the car was spotless, he met me and helped with my suitcases, and he treated my cat Roo like a true VIP. He was also super friendly, which made the whole journey relaxed and easy.

This is one of the best services I’ve used in a long while. If you need to move a pet safely and stress-free, I trust them completely and highly recommend them. Thanks again for everything :)

I previously used Luxury Pet Taxi to take our dog and cat from Copenhagen to London, and this time they took us from London to Lille, France. The process was just as smooth as the first time, and Monika and Greg are great people who clearly love what they do. I highly recommend them if you want peace of mind while traveling with your pets!

My Shih Tzu Jonah & I had the best experience travelling with Luxury Pet Travel. The journey was made so easy and comfortable. It is the only way we would travel between UK & Europe moving forwards.
I highly recommend.
Monika was super helpful and friendly throughout thr planning process and Krys our wonderful driver was extremely professional and kind.

We are extremely grateful and recommend them 100%.

Everything, from Monika’s quick response, and clear and friendly communication, to our driver’s Greg excellent service for the entire >10h trip from Switzerland to the UK was simply perfect. Just beware: the VIPs are the pets, not the humans!

Wow what a fantastic and professional service, Pet Lux has taken all the stress out of travelling with my poodle
Both Monika and Greg are so helpful and well informed and made our travel from Paris to UK enjoyable from start to finish
It’s the only service I will use in future when travelling with my beloved pet
I can’t praise them enough

Monika and Greg are lovely people who enjoy what they do and absolutely are professionals. On time, know the laws and treated my dog who is 14 with care and love. Really appreciate them.

Excellent communication and a luxury experience all around. Drivers were professional, courteous, and kind to my pet. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

If you’re looking for a reliable pet taxi, this is the one to book! Relocating into the UK with a pet can be quite challenging, but Monika and Greg made the whole process so easy! Communication with Monika was always fast, she explained everything clearly, answered any questions and guided us through the booking process. She was very patient with our travel dates changing multiple times.
On the travel day we got picked up by Greg and the whole journey home was a breeze. Very professional driver and enthusiastic dog lover. He helped with all the luggage, knew exactly the procedure at the border and provided us with snacks and drinks. You really can’t ask for more.
Highly recommend!

Everything went so smoothly it felt like we just teleported from one country to another.
Greg has been very helpful from door to door with bags, paperwork, questions etc.
Needless to say that our three pets had the most stress free journey imaginable.
Highly recommended!

This is the second time we are using the services of Luxury Pet Taxi and it has been great and well organised from the beginning. Monika answers quickly when you have questions and is of great advice to help you understand what's required. Our driver, Greg, was punctual, drove smoothly and our dog who is not a big fan of car had a good trip. Greg also made the best of it to get us on the Shuttle as early as possible despite the delays. It was a great trip and I highly recommend using their services.

The services provided by Luxury Pet Taxi has been excellent. From initial contact and coordination with Monika, to the actual drive and move with Greg - everything has been smooth and pleasant. It really has been a pleasure, and I would 100% book them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I moved to Belgium a month a go with my cat and Luxury Pet Taxi made the move so smooth and relaxed - I cannot thank Monika and Greg enough! Communication while booking and in advance of the move was excellent and Greg was lovely. He had great advice on the day about how to keep Sumi calm, and was lovely and supportive during an emotional trip. Thank you!

This was our first time traveling with our dog to the UK and were unsure while planning whether everything would work out. However, from the moment we made our first enquiry to the end of the trip, everything was more than perfect. We were guided through every step with expertise and incredible friendliness.
The communication throughout the entire process was perfect. Monika answered all our questions promptly and in a very friendly manner, practically around the clock. Greg and Jakub, our drivers, contacted us the day before the drives to make sure everything was still on track.
On the way there, we had to change our plans due to connection issues. Greg was extremely kind and even arrived an hour earlier than agreed on very short notice.
Both drivers were very friendly and helpful, and Pixel was happy, too. He slept through both journeys, completely relaxed. The cars were very comfy and even though it was hot on our journey back, Jakub made sure Pixel was comfortable.
We had an incredibly wonderful trip, which would not have been possible without you. We'll definitely book with you again for our next trip.

Thank you, Monika, Greg and Jakub.
