Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Avis

Right from the start Monika was super responsive, helpful and polite. I immediately knew that I was in good hands for the trip from Madrid to London. Greg our chauffeur made us feel comfortable and was very mindful of our three scaredy cats. I cannot thank them enough for making the journey of a lifetime for us, incredibly smooth and stress free! Would highly recommend. The Mercedes van was super clean, spacious and comfortable. 5 star travel for sure. Thank you so much Monika and Greg.

Greg and Monika are simply incredible to deal with.

The service was amazing and there were snacks and water on the drive to make it all super comfortable.

Greg came down to Fontainebleau to pick Ralph and I up and delivered us perfectly on time to South London.

Will be using them every time we take Ralph around Europe. Fully recommend!

Excellent service and perfect friendly, safe and reliable driver. The whole processwss so simple and straight forward from booking to transfer to arriving home. I would thoroughly recommend. Simply excellent and great value.

Highly recommended!

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Monika for her outstanding customer service and for accommodating my request to reschedule the booking to an earlier date. I would also like to commend Octavian, the driver, who was genuine, polite, and exceptionally patient throughout the journey.

The vehicle was comfortable and equipped with air conditioning, which was greatly appreciated.

If I ever need transportation for my little dog again, Luxury Pet Taxi will be my first and only choice. Thank you for providing such a reliable and professional service.

We had a fantastic experience with Luxury Pet Taxi travelling from France back to the UK with our dog, Pashmak.

As first-time pet travellers, we were quite nervous, but Monika was incredibly patient, helpful, and reassuring from the very beginning. She guided us through everything, answered all our questions, and made the whole process stress-free.

The journey was safe, comfortable, and quick. Pashmak was relaxed the entire time and even had a nap! A special thank you to Jakub, who was professional, friendly, and made the trip smooth from start to finish.
We would definitely use Luxury Pet Taxi again and highly recommend them to anyone travelling with their pets.

After relocating to the Portuguese island of Madeira six months ago we needed to transport our 8 year old, nervous traveller, Australian Labradoodle, Max, to our new home. I found Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd online via a recommendation and after several conversations with Monika (who responded even at weekends) we decided to drive him through Europe to Lisbon and then make the final step by flight. I was a little concerned as he’s not a great traveller, but I needn’t have worried. Greg picked us up from Cambridgeshire with plenty of cuddles for Max and a ready supply of drinks and snacks if we needed them. We sailed through the checks for the Shuttle and with the help of Greg, who knew all the staff and the routine, we then arrived in France. After staying overnight in Bordeaux, we travelled the final day through Spain and into Portugal, finally arriving in Lisbon early afternoon on the second day. Greg stopped numerous times for Max to have toilet breaks and stretch his legs (as well as us!!) and grab a coffee, food etc. if we wanted. Max quickly got used to the journey and given the airline journey for the final part was not the best, he is here, enjoying his retirement with us. I can honestly say that I cannot recommend Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd enough. Monika is the consummate organiser and every detail of the journey, tickets, hotel etc. was seemless, to the point that all we had to worry about was Max. Greg immediately put us at ease and we chatted along the journey and took in the amazing scenery through Europe. Their customer service is excellent and I just wish that they also did pet flights as with Monika and Greg in charge it would be a very different experience!. If you are transporting your pet through Europe and don’t want to fly them, I have complete confidence in highly recommending Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd.

A great experience moving our cat and 45kg ridgeback from Switzerland to London. Seamless communication, travel details, on time. No brainer. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

We can’t thank Luxury Pet Taxi enough for a comfortable, safe and enjoyable ride from France to UK with our dogs. Monika was wonderful to communicate with for our booking and Greg our driver was a pleasure, truly enjoyed his company. They made our journey a wonderful & luxurious experience. Highly recommended for any travels, particularly for our VIP pugs, we all felt pampered 😉 We hope to use them again in the future as a great experience to crossing the border with pets. Thank you Luxury Pet Taxi!

We had an amazing experience with Luxury Pet Taxi. They took us and our dog Sully from London to Paris, and the whole journey was smooth, safe, and completely stress-free.

Communication with Monika was excellent from the start, she was kind, helpful, and made everything easy to arrange. Our driver, Greg, was absolutely wonderful. He got us there safely, made sure we and Sully were comfortable, and kept us entertained with great conversation throughout the trip.

Travelling internationally with a dog can be stressful, but they made it feel easy. We’re very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone travelling with a pet.

If you are looking for a true stress-free VIP service for you and your pet I highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi. Monika was so prompt and informative with all her communications as this was my first international travel with my dog, Nova. We were landing in Paris and needed transport to London via the Eurotunnel. I received detailed information about what to expect at each step of the journey. Greg picked up up at CDG and truly treated Nova as a VIP. You can tell he is an animal lover and did everything to make sure both Nova and I were comfortable. Everything was better than imagined and we arrived in London timely and relaxed.

Super service. Really took the stress out of my move from NL to the UK with our dog Rupert. Quick, informative responses, clear process communicated well. Great drive with plenty of space and comfort for both me and Rupert and lovely service by Greg! Highly recommend!

I travelled with Luxury Pet Taxi from Brussels to London last weekend with my new puppy. I can’t say enough how great the service was from beginning to end. Monika provided excellent advice and communication through the bookings process, and Greg was wonderful through the drive, especially navigating the Eurotunnel pet logistics. My plans changed slightly last minute and we accommodated without any issues.
Having never transported an animal to the UK before I was somewhat anxious about the process but they took a lot of the stress out of it and I recommend them highly!
Thank you!

Wonderful! We wanted to take our dog Luka from Dover to Lille, France and Greg made the entire experience really easy and stress free. From the moment we booked with Monica we felt at ease, and then when Greg showed up and treated Luka like a king we knew we had made the best choice. He handled all the necessary processes for us and then drove us onto the channel tunnel, answered all our questions, and then drove us to Lille without a hitch. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it to anyone who wants their pet and themselves to travel in complete comfort, style and have a stress free journey!

Amazing experience. Trustworthy company, attentive, understanding and extremely helpful from start of our communication to the finish of our travel. Monika organised everything and made it super easy for me, very kind and friendly. Octavian our driver was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t have to think at all, he did everything at the pet reception. It was stress free travel with my senior dachshund. Octavian even printed out a very cute picture of Franklin, it was very sweet ❤️
I could not recommend enough! I’d definitely be using them again if I need the service. BIG THANK YOU to you both! Best wishes from Franklin and Ieva ❤️❤️

Everything was perfect! Cats were happy and car was comfortable! Thank you so much!

Absolutely fantastic service. Our motorhome broke down in France and we had to get back to the UK without it. We had two dogs and had no way of getting across the channel without a car. You can not board a ferry as a foot passenger with dogs and we couldn't drive a french registered rental car through the tunnel. We were stuck. In desperation we called Monika at Luxury Pet Taxi's at lunch time on the Friday and by Saturday morning we were being collected by Octavian in a luxury Mercedes from the car rental center in Calais, transported through the tunnel and dropped off at the car rental center in Dover. The whole process was seamless. All costs quoted are 100% transparent. We knew what the full cost was going to be before committing. I was amazed at the level of communicaton and service. An amazing company with amazing people found purely by chance. If you need help in transporting you and your pets I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Many thanks to Luxury Pet Taxi's for helping us out of a difficult situation.

We used Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd to pick us up in Amsterdam and drop us off in Oxford.

Monika responded to every message and change (and there were a lot of changes to our travel plans!) quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

Greg picked us up and is an excellent driver. We were ready earlier than we expected and he accommodated that so we could get on the road. He navigated us through customs, the queues, immigration etc quickly and expertly at the Tunnel and definitely saved us a considerable about of time. The car is large and very comfortable. Greg is good company and has a great choice in radio stations!

I would have no hesitation recommending Monika and Greg at Luxury Pet Travel Ltd and would use them again.

I have travelled several times with Luxury Pet Taxi, from Amsterdam, Paris, and yesterday, Geneva!
It is the best part of travelling with my little ‘Princess’ (that’s what she thinks she is!) when Greg, from Luxury Pet Taxi picks me up, and takes over!
The car is always super clean, full of snacks, water, comfy beds, for the ‘little one’ and, I, just sit back and relax!
The journey is effortless, convenient, and Greg helps with all the formalities at Le Shuttle check in, which is super.
When booking a trip, Monika is great. She’s very helpful, and, responds quickly to queries, availability, bookings, etc. Which is great, especially when you’re trying to organise a trip with your pet.
I have no hesitation in recommending them, except, I don’t want them to get too busy, as I will, definitely, be using them again!!
Thank you Monika and Greg, once again, for being there for Tallulah and me! ❤️

Thank you Monika & Greg for a seamless and stress free relocation 🐾 . We recently used Luxury Pet Taxi for our move from Amsterdam to London, and it was a great experience from start to finish! Communication with Monika was clear, prompt, and reassuring, which made the whole process smooth and less stressful.

During the journey, Greg ensured everything was safe, calm, and comfortable for us and our dog Darcy. His care and attention really stood out, and we felt confident we were in good hands throughout the journey.

We’d happily recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet transport service.

I travelled from Brussels Airport - Cardiff, Wales.
Fantastic service from the moment I enquired on WhatsApp all the way till the very end being dropped at my doorstep.
I couldn't stand to send my little one as cargo back to the UK so Monika was so helpful in listing all the areas and best prices surrounding the UK and what I needed to bring my baby back with me swiftly and safely!
We drove with Greg from Brussels as it was the quickest route!
Prior to pickup - Greg was informative, punctual and so kind. You can tell he loves animals. I also really loved his people skills. He knew exactly what I needed and how to make me comfortable.
I travelled on Easter weekend and Greg and Monika had put an Easter egg in the car for my journey along with complimentary water and biscuits - Very special little touches. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing the entire way - I actually slept most of the way. They took care of everything start to finish and it was one of the smoothest trips I’ve ever had!!
Also the car is really really spacious and fancy! It really is a VIP trip.
Thank you Greg and Monika. Your service is truly 5* and I would 1000% use your service again.
