Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Avis

From start to finish luxury pet taxi ltd were excellent.
Communication with monika was superb she answered all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure my documents were correct for travel.
Constantin was at Lille (France) waiting for me upon arrive. I was traveling on Easter Sunday and there was an Easter egg and bottle of water in the car waiting for me and Bonny… a lovely touch 😃
I told constantin I was nervous about my documents and he was extremely reassuring. The journey was smooth, I even felt relaxed enough to have a little sleep on route.
Bonny was extremely comfortable in the back sitting on the blanket provided. We were offered regular breaks so Bonny could stretch her legs. Constantin was a very good driver.
In all I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be using the again in the future. Myself and Bonny thank you very much.

5 start service professional and friendly drivers very happy with my experience highly recommend their service

We had been living in Turkey and had to move to London for work but our little princess badem ( our 10 year old cocker spaniel who has heart problems ) couldn’t travel in cabin with us from Turkey to the UK as Uk doesn’t allow pet in cabin. So I started looking into options of traveling from Paris by road. After speaking with several companies I chose luxury pet travel for our route from Paris to London. Everything was explained perfectly well throughout the process by Ms Monika. We were picked up on time by our driver Jakub. Jakub is a wonderful person, he made sure we had enough breaks. The travel went swiftly, they even placed a dog bed in the back seat. Me, my husband and our little princess were very comfortable throughout. I will always pick luxury pet travel for our future travels. Wonderful service for a great price.

I can’t recommend Pet Luxury Taxi highly enough—their service was truly outstanding.

From the very beginning, communication with Monika was top-notch. She was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive, making the entire booking process smooth and completely stress-free.

My driver, Octavian, got in touch the day before the journey and, on the day, thoughtfully shared his location shortly before arriving. He was punctual, the car was immaculate, and he was an absolute gentleman throughout.

Leo and I thoroughly enjoyed the journey and felt genuinely cared for from start to finish—we were treated like VIPs.

I honestly can’t recommend Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd highly enough! From start to finish, travelling with my two dogs from London to France was such a smooth and genuinely pleasant experience.

Monka and Greg were fantastic—communication was always clear, friendly, and super reassuring, which made a big difference when planning a trip like this.

On the day of travel, everything ran perfectly. Constantin was so kind, helpful and nice, the vehicle was spotless, really comfortable, and clearly set up with dogs in mind. My two were so well looked after the entire journey, with lots of care, patience, and kindness—it really put me at ease being there with them.

When we arrived in France, both dogs were calm and happy, and we all felt like VIP passengers! It was such a relief to see how settled they were after the long trip.

Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd truly lives up to its name—professional, caring, and a top-quality service. If you’re looking for a safe and reliable way to travel with your pets, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Thank you for turning what could have been a stressful journey into such a positive experience!

Greg, our wonderful driver arrived on time and it’s been an absolute delight since then. We are currently in the Chunnel on our way to our new home in France. Can only say that it’s been comfortable and totally stress free!

Now I understand why these guys get such great reviews. I thought they might be somewhat corporate, given the name, but in fact the company is run by a high-touch husband and wife team, who are super friendly and have amazing attention to detail. Greg kept on referring to my cat as "our VIP passenger", which is exactly what you want to hear when you're hiring a pet taxi.

I highly recommend getting a Flexi ticket for the Eurostar, so that you get to use the lounge and it doesn't matter if you miss your train, as well as ordering the Mercedes V-Class, since then you feel like you have an entire room for your journey.

Would never use anyone else, these guys have cornered the market.

We got to know Luxury Pet Taxi through our vet and absolutely loved the service.
The whole journey was perfect, they arrived on time, the car was very comfortable, and the documentation process at the border was handled smoothly. We even arrived earlier than expected.
Monica and Greg were fantastic. Very kind, professional, and caring with our pet.
We highly recommend their service.

Very pleasant and punctual service. We booked a relatively late trip from Brussels to Folkestone, and the communication prior to pickup with Monika was very prompt and we felt very safe and looked after during the drive with Greg.

Would definitely recommend to anyone needing to make the journey with their pet. Our little dog was very content.

We used Luxury Pet Taxi to transport our two cats, Oscar and Frankie, from Paris to London in early January 2025 as part of our move from Canada to the UK, and the experience was excellent.

From the very beginning, communication with Monika was exceptional. I had many questions while planning the trip, and she responded to every message with patience and clarity. Our travel plans also changed several times, and she was always understanding and flexible. When our initial flight to Paris was cancelled at the last minute, it was a very stressful situation, but Monika handled it with incredible kindness and helped coordinate an alternative time for our drive from Paris to London.

Our driver, Greg, was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about the pet travel process and immediately made us feel that we were in good hands. He was very gentle and kind with Oscar and Frankie, and it was clear he genuinely cares about the animals he transports. The cats were relaxed enough to roam around the car during the journey, which made the trip very calm and comfortable for them.

Greg was also a great conversationalist and simply a very pleasant person to spend the drive with. He drove smoothly and safely, and both my husband and I felt very comfortable the entire time.

International pet travel can be complicated and stressful, but Monika and Greg made this part of our journey feel easy and well managed. We are incredibly grateful for their patience, professionalism, and kindness, and we would absolutely recommend Luxury Pet Taxi to anyone traveling with pets.

What can I say that covers how my husband, I and our three Westies feel about this absolutely amazing service? Engagement from first quotation, top notch; booking process, easy, clear and completely adapted to our needs; trip started on time, communication with our driver Greg started since the day before. The trip itself was completely stress free! The Van was perfect big size to accommodate the 5 of us plus our big luggage and bags. Greg was super helpful, friendly and his driving skills top notch too. Would absolutely recommend and use again! Best service for transporting pets and their humans.

This was our third time using Luxury Pet Taxi service and once again I can’t thank Monika and Greg enough for such an amazing service🙏🏻Greg even surprised us with a printed photo of Olive- such a thoughtful touch🥹🐾❤️
Truly the most caring and professional company, highly recommended!🐾🐾🙏🏻🙏🏻

All parts of the service were very good! From the begining with Monika’s prompt answers and efficiency until the travel with Gregg, who took care of all the details perfectlly and with kindness, it almost seemed like a well-rehearsed ballet. Everthing was perfect!
The car was very comfortable and clean and if you get a chance to chat with Gregg you will see that he is a nice guy who likes good music! We definitely recommend them and we hope to take this service again!

Greg was a great driver. Kind and courteous. He drove me from Paris to Dover, helping us move our kitty to the UK. He was right on time at the airport and we breezed through the drive. Would 100% recommend.

I can't thank greg enough he collected me and my dog lola from murcia Spain. A 2 1/2 day journey . Right from the start he couldn't do enoght for us stopping whenever needed 5star service all tge way will definitely be using there services again

My experience with pet Taxi was excellent. I want to thanks Monika for her attention and Constantin the driver he was a polite and his car clean, comfortable for me and my dog

I can’t rate Octavian any higher. He collected my Uma and I from snowy & icy Megevewirh such calm and kindness. Our 13 hour journey to London was a breeze thanks to his impeccable driving, manner and positivity. What a wonderful experience outbound and inbound with Luxury Pet Taxi- you are all true gems. You’ve got a loyal customer. Uma and I thank you all so very much!

From the very start this service has been fantastic. Monica dealing with the order was so helpful and Greg the driver is a gent. They were so great to deal with!! Copenhagen to London is a fair drive, but it flew by in the luxury SUV & great company. Oti the dog also had the most relaxing trip 😀
I would genuinely advise anyone looking to transport a pet across Europe to check availability with Luxury Pet Taxi

Our experience with Monika and Greg gave us real peace of mind during our move from Copenhagen to London.

My partner and I's situation in Denmark changed quickly, and I reached out to Luxury Pet Taxi with last-minute dates. Monika replied very quickly to confirm availability and pricing, and she followed up with detailed information about the UK’s entry requirements to make sure everything would go smoothly for our pets.

Once we confirmed the booking, she kept us updated on their departure from the UK and their planned pickup time in Copenhagen. When Monika and Greg arrived, their friendly demeanor immediately put us at ease, and it was clear that they truly have a passion for what they do.

On the day of the move, we had to fly directly from Copenhagen to London and were unable to travel with our pets. To put us at ease, Monika shared their live location the entire time and sent many photos along the way, including of the pets settling into the hotel room where they stopped for the night. The next day, she sent updates as they crossed the Eurotunnel so we knew everything was going smoothly at the border crossings, and kept us updated on their arrival time in London. They even helped carry some of the pet supplies into our Airbnb.

I would highly recommend Luxury Pet Taxi if you want to feel confident that your pets are being looked after by people who truly care. Denmark to London is quite the distance, but they were more than willing to make it happen. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Thank you for the comfortable and stress free journey home - would fully recommend !!!

We had Octavian as our driver this time. He took photos of my dog and printed it out for us to keep as a memory which was absolutely lovely !

Thank you :)))
