Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd Avis

Luxury Pet Tax Ltd made the whole process effortless. On this occasion we gave short notice but LPT slotted everything into place. Special thanks to Monika in the office and to Octavian our driver.

This company are amazing ! It’s so rare to find a trustworthy operation these days that you can rely on but they really do go the extra mile! We had gone through all kinds of dramas including our campervan breaking down and called Monica to see if she could help and she organised the whole thing ! Sometimes you need a kind word especially when your plans have gone so wrong … and she made me feel safe and cared for. Also the driver Constantine was so friendly and helpful and kept in communication throughout so we knew he would be waiting ! And he was and with a smile!
Look no further than Luxury Pet Taxi Ltd if you need a reliable caring helping hand to get you and your family pet home ! Honestly they are the best !

Absolutely fantastic. I traveled from Wales to France with my dog, and Greg and Monika were amazing. They even gave me and the dog snacks!

Monika and Greg made what could have been a very stressful day very pleasant.

They are both kind and cheerful, and have really thought of everything!

Thank you from Mariolino and me!

Impeccable communication and perfect journey. I wouldn’t know how I could have done it without Monika and Greg.
Many thanks

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had an excellent experience with Luxury Pet Taxi thanks to Monika and Greg. They made it possible for me to travel from Lille to London in just 3.5 hours with my dog Chapo and my cat Oliver — smoothly, safely, and completely stress-free.

The journey was incredibly well organised: the vehicle was comfortable, water and snacks were provided for both me and my pets, and everything felt calm and well thought out. Greg was exceptionally friendly and supportive, helping us from start to finish — from picking us up at the station, carrying our luggage, assisting with passport controls, and finally dropping us literally at my doorstep.

The level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail truly sets Luxury Pet Taxi apart. It was a genuine pleasure travelling with them, and I will 100% use their service again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone travelling with pets who wants peace of mind and a first-class experience.

This was my second time traveling with Monika and Greg, and once again they were absolutely wonderful. What could have been a very stressful day was made much easier thanks to their help and professionalism. Monika reminded me of crucial details regarding our journey with my dog, which saved us a lot of hassle on the day.

Greg traveled with us through snow and rain from Hamburg to London and, as always, made the journey comfortable by providing refreshments in his lovely car and stopping whenever we needed a toilet break or anything else. We also spent a long time at immigration, but Greg was very patient and waited with us!

They are truly exceptional. I will always choose them to transport my dog and me between the EU and the UK because I completely trust them to provide the best possible service — and my dog clearly trusts Greg too!

Great communication
Great flexibility
Great driver

I had a great experience with the pet taxi team! Monika was extremely responsive and organized, and our driver, Octavian, made the actual process of getting to the UK absolutely seamless.

Currently sitting with Greg on our way to London from Paris. Absolutely phenomenal customer service and communication from Greg & Monika! Could not have had a more streamlined and stress-free trip with my Cat (Pablo)🐾. They’re both well experienced and knowledgable about pet travel, make you feel super comfortable and help you along the way. Thank you for such an awesome trip! Will definitely be my go-to for all pet travel moving forward!

Monika was so helpful from the very start and through the whole process. Our dog, Pablo is 14 years old and I was a bit worried about the journey but then Octavian was the sweetest person for the job. He was very helpful not just with our dog but with our luggage too. I can’t recommend it enough

Had such an easy journey! Very reliable and on time. Greg was very sweet to my dog, the car is very spacious and the journey was relaxing.
Will definitely use again!

I cannot recommend this pet taxi service enough. From the very beginning, when the airline failed me, Monica was incredibly supportive, calm, and caring, and truly went above and beyond to help me. I felt genuinely looked after and supported during a stressful moment.

Lovely Grey was a wonderful driver — kind, attentive, and so gentle with my cats. The journey felt safe, smooth, and filled with positive energy. We connected easily, and it was clear how open, caring, and passionate they are about what they do. You can truly feel that this is not just a job for them, but something they love.

Both Monica and Grey took amazing care of me and my cats, and I am deeply grateful for the experience. I would use their services anytime again and wish them nothing but continued success.

Our car broke down in France, leaving us with no option but to scrap it. We were worried about how to bring our senior dog back home without a vehicle. Luckily, discovering this company was a beacon of hope and comfort amidst the chaos. Monika promptly and professionally addressed all our inquiries, giving us confidence to book the journey from Le Mans to North Wales. Just as promised, Octavian picked us up directly from our hotel and smoothly transported us to our initial stop in Folkestone, crossing the channel. Despite our elderly dog experiencing some stomach issues, Octavian remained incredibly friendly and composed. The following day, we continued our journey to North Wales, arriving directly at our home. The trip was peaceful, and Octavian was happy to make stops whenever necessary. We cannot thank you enough for coming to our rescue! We wholeheartedly recommend this company and Octavian for safe and efficient pet transport services.

Unbelievable service here. What could have been a stressful day moving country ended up feeling like a day off with my dog! Comfy vehicle and driver made me and my dog feel so relaxed and at ease. Helped with bags, helped at immigration. Couldn’t review more highly.

Outstanding service! The cost is reasonable and certainly justified. The driver was incredibly friendly and thoroughly equipped. The entire experience was seamless.

An absolutely smooth process from beginning to end. Monika and Constantin couldn’t have been more helpful. Travelling from Canada with two kittens was made so pleasant because of the care and attention we received from Luxury Pet Taxi. I highly recommend them for safe and reliable transportation of your beloved pets. Thanks again for all the help!

Our experience with Luxury Pet Taxi was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The booking process was simple and efficient, and Monika was incredibly helpful, explaining every detail and answering all our questions, which made us feel confident and well prepared.
Our driver, Greg, was fantastic and made both us and our dog feel completely comfortable throughout the entire journey. He was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, which instantly put us at ease. He went above and beyond by helping us with all the required documents and guiding us through pet reception at the border. His experience and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and effortless.
The car was excellent — clean, spacious and very well maintained. Our dog had plenty of room to relax and was clearly comfortable the whole way, which meant everything to us.
This was a truly wonderful experience. Professional, caring and reliable service from people who genuinely love animals. We couldn’t recommend this pet taxi highly enough and would absolutely use it again.

I traveled from Paris, France to Bournemouth, UK using a luxury pet taxi service. Thanks to the spacious vehicle, my wife, our two dogs, and I were able to travel in complete comfort. Monika, who handled the booking, and Greg, who drove us, were extremely kind and considerate, and they were highly professional and knowledgeable in this field. They always responded proactively to any questions I had. If I make this journey again, I would definitely use this service.

Very nice service! Good price and definite worth it. The driver is very kind and well prepared. Everything went smoothly.
