Liam is very kind and knowledgable, made sure to explain mortgage products in detail as well as the entire process from start to finish.

Liam Lee has been helpful from the very beginning, as first time buyers we had no clue about the whole process or where to start. Liam explained everything in detail and looked at a variety of options with us. We are still going through the process but he has been there to offer guidance every step of the way and even notified us when the rates have dropped meaning we have saved some money over the 5 year term! I don’t know what’s happened with mortgage matters but was in touch with them earlier in the year and they were really helpful but since re-contacting them, I’ve had poor/no communication from the person I was in touch with previously and then not a very helpful call earlier. It’s a shame as I had been impressed the first time but I feel like I’ve been begging to give them my business? Won’t be using moving forward.

I was looking forward to owning my own home but was not looking forward to the mortgage application. I was anxious about the outcome of the application but Amelia did wonders with us. Our experience from when we started working with her was brillant. The process my partner and I thought would take weeks to complete and for us to receive an outcome from the Lender was really quick.
