Good afternoon
There appears to be some confusion regarding who you placed your boiler service booking with. The booking you had with us and have provided feedback for is for a BoilerJuice Connected Tank Monitor installation which was completed within 3 working days of being passed to the engineer.
Can we please ask you to look into who you placed your boiler service with and post your review on their site and remove the review from ours as we have not received a boiler service request from you.
