Brilliant response by customer service team
I ordered some wine to be delivered on Monday. Yodel the delivery organisation said it was to be delivered around lunchtime. It did not arrive. I received an update saying it was to be delivered between 19:00 and 21.00. it did not arrive. I was sent another email saying the delivery was going to take place on Tuesday. It dd not happen. I rang Naked on Wednesday and asked that the delivery could be delayed as I was going away. Delay was organised by Maz. My neighbour received a delivery on Wednesday of part of my order even though I was at home all day. Naked contacted Yodel and received assurance that the remaining case would be delivered on the day requested. Naked team, Maz, Leon and Fiona have been brilliant in trying to sort the delivery out with Yodel. Am I happy with the delivery, absolutely not. Yodel have produced a dreadful service but Naked have escalated the problem to Yodel, kept me informed and tried to make the delivery of wine successful. If the merit of a company is the way they handle customer problems, I cannot fault the Naked team. Many of the Naked poor reviews on this site are due to delivery issues. Yodel as their supplier has delivered a dreadful service to both Naked and Naked's customers. My plea to Naked is, sort out your delivery issues because if you do not, it will impact on the overall service provided by Naked undoing the splendid work done by your customer services team

I'm so sorry for the trouble you experienced with this delivery. After reading this I can't blame you and share your disappointment as this is not what we expect from our deliveries. We understand things can go wrong from time to time but we'll always aim to put things right when our expectations aren't met.
Every piece of feedback we raise with our courier gets followed up with the driver at hand so I'm positive these issues will be acted upon and improve things before you're next order-ready. We normally see an average of 95-97% of our deliveries being made successfully on the first attempt and we're always looking at ways to improve this further.
Thank you once again for sharing this and for your continued support. I hope you enjoy tucking into these delicious wines when you get the chance!

Disappointing
Disappointing, lost its way, and no longer offers a personal touch to orders. Phone calls not being answered and voicemails ignored.
Having placed recent orders, a decline in service is definitely happening. Delivery is days and days, and not on time. Selection of wines unavailable, "Appropriate" alternatives made by the company are clearly much cheaper versions. Quality of wines not a patch on previous orders, and despite having several wines on the "do not send list", this last order we got three bottles we have rejected in the past.
The whole point of being with Naked wines was to have a fun, interesting and easy process to order new and exciting wines, but unfortunately it's lost its way.
Ive cancelled my Angels membership, and got a refund, but the whole process is just disappointing and depressing.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review, I am so sorry to read how disappointed you are.
The lack of personal service really doesn't sound like what we aim to do here for our Angels and it's extremely important we provide 5* service to every individual regardless of the situation. All we can do is try to make things right.
We don't abandon any calls and this is closely monitored so I am concerned to hear you have not had calls answered. Our number is 01603 281800 just to make sure you have it.
We also don't replace wines without letting customers know or double checking so I am not sure what has happened here. I really want to get to the bottom of it as it's such a shame this has led you to cancel. I promise we do care.
Quality of wines is at the centre of what we do, we work with so many of our original hardworking winemakers and new ones too. There is always a Wine Guarantee for a full credit back for any wines that haven't hit the spot though.
As there's quite a lot to address and I really want to resolve this I have sent a request for more information from you.
Please can you kindly reply to my request for information so I can get to the bottom of this for you and make it right?
At the very least I would really like to look into what went wrong but there is never any pressure to restart your membership - it's important to me to take this seriously for you as someone who supported us you deserve better than the experience you've had so far!

Naked wines are amazing. Their customer service is always top notch and exactly what it should be. They actually have a willingness and a desire to help as best they can. Customer service is non existent these day so it's lovely that they have pride in their company and really look after their customers

I love naked wines. There's lots of information on their site & loads of different wines available to try. Remember, the beauty & fun of wine is in the tasting, while finding the ones you love. Their rating system works well, helping give you a nudge in the direction of great wines rated by fellow wine lovers. Once you've decided on your pick, ordering & delivery is easy.

We have tried different wines not available in supermarkets. The quality has always been good and prices reasonable.

The best wine subscription I've used.
Had a couple of other subscription services in the past and been let down in quality and service. Can't say that here. To date I just simply haven't had a bad bottle - of anything. Some have been good, some have been great, some have been outright and utterly delicious. And on the one occasion I needed a hand with something, the customer service was bang on too. Very happy customer and I've just had a read of what they're sending me for christmas which is why I thought I'd come and write something nice about them. :-)

A great Company
Naked Wines have never failed to send me enjoyable wines at most reasonable prices (Especially the Christmas cases!!). The advice received from the wine advisors and their recommended selections are always good and appropriate to me. A great company!!

Good quality and fairly priced wine
As a long term Angel I know what like and I also like the approach that Naked takes to support the wine makers when needed. The wines I buy are good quality and fairly priced despite recent increases. There is much less chance of getting poor wine than from the supermarkets.
