Update - I did receive a refund but it took well over a month and me sending over 8 emails. Communicating with Kara was incredibly frustrating - she repeatedly ignored my questions and just kept saying she would give me a 120% voucher and eventually a refund. As stated the refund did finally happen (after I threatened to open a dispute with Amex) but the 120% voucher has mysteriously failed to arrive in my inbox…

I ordered some probiotics and got an email saying they were out of stock and I would be receiving a refund. I didn’t check on the refund. Nearly a month later I had an email basically saying ‘oh we kept your money but now the product is in stock. Long story short they offered me a 20% discount because I was annoyed they had kept my money. Then when I accepted this they changed their mind and said I’d be getting a refund! No idea if I’m going to receive it so will open a dispute with my credit card company in a few days. Kara was the customer service agent and she was appalling.

Avoid. I bought a Carex day light for over £350. After only two uses the product burned (smoke coming out of the screen). I reported the issue immediately and this company refuses to issue a refund. Waste of money, time and rubbish and dangerous products that can cause fire hazard. Seller not to be trusted.

Avoid like plague.! I have placed an order and 9 days they finally dispatched immediately after contacting them to ask for a refund. Surprise order was dispatched from America. 2 weeks on still waiting... !

Good communication and the device purchased has done wonders for my partners aches and pains - he keepz commenting on how much better he feels which is amazing!!

The products ordered claimed to be medical grade, which they clearly were not. The site implied the goods came from the UK - the packaging was all in Chinese and the package was posted in the US.
The items, which are certainly not as advertised, cost me £63.77 for some plastic bags and 3 velcro strips and took over 6 weeks to arrive. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards as this is false representation.

Would be nice if alternative delivery times scales are available.

I ordered some medication which i needed over a week ago and only had a confirmation email to say its being processed the day after I ordered it but nothing at all since then .I clicked on the link and it said it was an unsafe site and i also emailed them but no reply .

Considering I was ordering to the uk, the delivery was quick and and product is great - thank you!

Totally flavourless, was looking for something like this as my daughter would bot take prescribed iron medicine because of its taste.
This came on time, great service.

These socks are amazing. Delivery was swift & packaging great. It would be lovely to have alternative colours although this is a big second to being able to buy socks to designed to help diabetics. Thank you
