Fell behind on payment and the agent was so kind, we decided on a payment on the day and then he kindly spread the cost of the insurance over the two remaining payments. Will definetly stay with Now Pet Insurance. Have been with them for years. Never had a problem :)

I was able to get the help I needed by making one phone call. I didn't wait very long and Was met by a friendly voice on the end of a phone. Far better than being asked to go to a website or chat with an AI assistant.
Polly took the time to listen to all me questions and answer them in a way which helped me to understand my Insurance Policy. She said I could ring again and ask for her if I need any more help. I felt far less confused and anxious by the time I got off the phone.

Do not touch this company with a barge pole! All the money you pay for insurance is a waste of time, they fail to mention all the 'caps'.
I rang the company before I went ahead with my dogs treatment and they said they would cover it all!

Hannah from Now Pet Insurance was incredibly helpful answering all my queries and explaining things about my renewal really well. Unfortunately I had to make a claim on my last policy for spinal issues with my dog and my main question regarded what with him was classed as pre existing conditions. Hannah was so helpful explaining the benefits of me having taken out a lifetime policy for both dogs in 2024 ie this was not a condition showing any signs and symptoms prior to me taking out Insurance so would be classed as rather a continuation and therefore if needed further treatment costs would be considered by the claims department. Hannah was very patient, explaining which made a huge difference to me as I have disabilities including problems with processing information. Highly recommend Now Pet Insurance and happily renewing my policy this year for both my dogs with them.
