Absolutely a rip off !
Absolutely a rip off !! Paid for meet and greet then got told to go to there premise and just get a cab from there because There was too much traffic apparently, had to refuse multiple times to do that and finally met us at the terminal. On our return we were to told to meet them at their premises rather than the airport because the traffic was bad, we landed at 7am with a baby and refused. Finally they agreed to pay the cost of the taxi although never followed through! Called them when we arrived at the Holiday Inn and they expected us to then walk to their reception with 2 large suitcases, 3 other bags and baby in tow, we refused, the manager hung up on us and then our car appeared, driven at speed around the car park, no apologies, nothing, the driver just passed us the keys and said he was just a worker and to speak to his manager! Called a few times now and was told someone would call back but never did! Do not use this Company they are terrible, the only reason they are getting 1 star is because its the minimum otherwise I would be giving them zero!!
I would not recommend was due to fly…
I would not recommend was due to fly out on the 22nd of October had a text message on the 21st at 8:30 telling me they had a fire at their yard book somewhere else unbelievable
Not a credible business, do not use these scammers
I cancelled my booking and requested a refund of £83 on 23rd Nov 2025, was told 4 days to process but still nothing as of today 5th December 2025. These are not professional business and should be reported to police and financial ombudsman. Please do not use this service, they are not dependable or credible
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE. Absolute cowboys. Accept bookings outside of the times they are actually open, nearly missed our flight. Paid for meet and greet but once there got told to drive to their yard. Hidden costs in the drop off and pick up, had us waiting in the cold for an hour on our return journey, no ‘meet and greet’ service
AVOID!!! Cowboy company!
Awful service from start to finish.
I booked them as I was going away for 9weeks. I am absolutely disgusted in the service from the moment I was half an hour away from Heathrow all the way to this day.
The day I was flying out I called ahead to inform of my arrival to then received two calls after which where very rude no hello, just where are you hurry up. When arriving the guy was very rude and told me to hurry up and he could clearly see I had a 4yr old and a 4month old and a lot of luggage.
Before returning I contacted to amend my arrival time but got no reply, I amended it on the system but wasn’t showing up.
On arrival I called ahead of time as stated and having booked the meet and greet service expecting my car to be delivered. A guy called me and told me to my surprise it was not my car and he told me to get in the car and we will be taken to my car. I called and said where is my car and was spoken to very rudely and was told to get in the car and get over myself. I said no as I booked meet and greet, also not comfortable with getting into CLEARLY a customers car, especially when needing car seats. I waited an over an hour for my car, and when it was delivered the guy parked in the middle of the road in the carpark. I then looked at my car and noticed that my car has been used. My dashcam had be disabled, bags from the front seat moved, miles put on my car and diesel gone. Knowing that the location miles to and from the airport it extremely evident that my car was used. Which is breaking the policies and regulations. I have also received a parking charge, that my car was being used, I was still flying at the time this ticket has been issued.
This company seemed to be OK at first…
This company seemed to be OK at first when we dropped the car off, the problems came when we got back from Italy. And this is still unresolved by the way, and police were contacted.
When we returned we were picked up by a white Audi, which were still convinced was another customers car, by 2 gentleman. The driver I am absolutely convinced had no license and was potentially not even been in the country long. He nearly hit a wall as we were leaving the pick up point at Heathrow.
When we arrived at the Hotel where they operate, my wife's car was not there ready for us. So we had to wait in the car. The guy who seemed to be running the show said he was sorry and asked us to wait in the car. The driver then parked car so close to bush that my friend could even open the window without a tree hitting him in the face.
When the car finally turned up about 20 minutes later, I straight away noticed that my wife's change pot had been emptied and no coins were left in it, all told there was about £10 worth of change all gone. When I queried this and demanded to know what was going on he said he didn't know, and said that they've had staff that are new, and had to get rid of.
This was not comforting at all. Stupidly I didn't check note down the mileage when we dropped it off. We both said to the boss, have you used this car for anything else as we've paid the ulez etc. So if its been used were going to get fined, he assured us that it hadn't.
Low and behold about 7 days later, a fine came through the door showing somebody driving my wife's car along a main road in the ulez zone the day after.
Immediately we challenged them about this on the phone and were continually fobbed off by the lady on the phone. And we had to pay the fine. We managed to get some money from them, but we are still owed about £30 and showing no signs of being resolved.
Police showed no interest and kept getting different responses from different officers. I will keep pursuing this in the hope that this company gets shut down. Absolute scam artists, do not use.

Excellent Service
The location was convenient, the pricing was fair, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. It’s clear they take pride in providing a great customer experience. I’ll definitely be using their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, stress-free parking!

Ridiculous and patently service very unprofessional, no ethics no respect absolutely disgusting
Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs – they failed to register my car and I was hit with a £170 fine
I booked Heathrow meet and greet parking through ParkDock and paid in full. A month later I received a £170 debt recovery notice because ParkDock never registered my vehicle with the parking operator.
The parking operator confirmed the issue was entirely on ParkDock’s side. ParkDock then gave me a random mobile number and told me to “just message them” to fix it. Completely unprofessional.
When I called the number, I was told clearly that ParkDock caused the problem, ParkDock must resolve it, and I should not be paying anything. Yet ParkDock continued trying to push the responsibility onto me.
I paid for a simple service. They failed to deliver it, and their mistake triggered a debt collection letter. Instead of fixing their error, they tried to make me chase around on WhatsApp numbers.
This has been stressful, time-wasting, and completely avoidable.
If you value your time and money, do not use ParkDock.

Booked car parking for a trip from…
Booked car parking for a trip from Heathrow at 2am. site looked professional enough so didn’t think too much about it. Received a broken English text message at 7pm to say not to arrive as they had had a fire at the parking yard (which looking at other reviews seems to happen often) and they would refund me.
Obviously with only 7hrs before our booking this was very stressful as it’s a two hour drive to Heathrow so I couldn’t exactly ask anyone for a lift at that short notice. We immediately went back online and found another parking broker site and booked fast as it said there were only 4 spaces remaining. Snoring after looking at the confirmation emails and noticing the contact numbers did we realise that the actual parking was the same scamming site that just cancelled on us!!!!!!! So now we had two bookings with the same place as even though they had “had a fire” they were still taking last minute bookings.
Anyway to try and cut a long story short we bit the bullet and paid four times the cost to park direct at Heathrow and then awaited the refunds.
Obviously the refunds didn’t come in a timely manner, we had our holiday (8days) then emailed (no answer) text (no reply) called and got told it would be done in 2 days (didn’t happen).
Eventually after three weeks or so the threat of escalating it and cc’ing in trading standards made them issue refunds. No apology, no explanation just silence.
Looking at the other reviews this place needs closing down, they are obviously lying and scamming people and abusing peoples vehicles.
We have learnt our lesson, from now on official parking or public transport to the airport. AVOID this place at all costs.
Parkdock are a very poor Parking…
Parkdock are a very poor Parking Company, they are running the business cheaply, and don’t provide a good service to customers, the Holiday Inn car park is inadequate, we had to wait one hour fifteen minutes to be picked up after notifying them we had collected our suitcases.
I highly recommend never using this Terrible company. 1 star review is too much, we should be able to put 0
I highly recommend never using this service. To begin with, the customer service from this company couldn't be worse; regardless of whether you follow their recommendations or not, the service is TERRIBLE. To start, when I went to leave my car at Terminal 5, I contacted the company and informed them of my arrival time, arriving 5 minutes early. When the driver who came to collect my car (50 minutes after the scheduled time) told me I had to pay for parking (which cost me £11.50), I thought it was absurd because I had already paid for parking, but I paid anyway because I had a flight to catch and couldn't be late any longer. On my return, my experience with this company was even worse. I contacted the company as soon as I went through passport control, and they asked how many people were in our group and said they would send a driver to pick us up.I was tired and didn't pay much attention when he said he would be sending a driver to pick us up at Terminal 5, as I had paid extra to have my car delivered to the airport. My flight arrived at 6:30 am and the first driver (that's right, they sent two drivers) only arrived around 8 am, saying he would only take one person to where my car was and another driver would arrive in 5 minutes to pick up the rest of my family. When I questioned the driver about why he didn't bring my car to me as I had paid, he said that unfortunately he couldn't do anything because he was doing a favor for a friend. Then he took my daughter and son-in-law to a free Holiday Inn parking lot about 4 miles from the airport to pick up the car, and I had to wait for more than 30 minutes and make many more calls to this crooked company to find out where the second driver was, having to beg for an address or contact number to file a complaint, but the only answer I got was that the driver was on his way and they hung up.In short, my daughter returned from the Holiday Inn parking lot before the second driver to pick us up at the airport. My car was covered in dirt inside, the wheels were all dirty with dirt too, and someone had driven my car for 34 miles (I photographed the dashboard when I handed over my car and then when my daughter picked it up). My phone charger, which had been left in the car, was missing. While I was taking pictures of my car, the second driver arrived to pick me up and take me to where my car was supposed to be (a very friendly and polite driver). He told me that a friend had just called him asking him to do a favor by picking up some people at the airport and taking them to the hotel. What a terrible company this is! I already know I won't get a refund for the service I paid for, but I feel obligated to inform you to be careful with this company. I still don't understand how companies like Holiday Inn and Heathrow allow people to associate their image with a company like that.
Cheap but Terrible Airport Transfer Experience
I had a terrible experience with this service.
After collecting my luggage at the airport, I called the contact person as instructed. They said the driver would call me shortly, but I waited for more than 30 minutes and no one contacted me until I called again to follow up.
I clearly mentioned that there were 3 people, 3 large suitcases, and 3 small suitcases, but the driver showed up with a Kia 5-seater, and the trunk was already half filled with a plastic basket full of stuff. It was obvious that even two large suitcases wouldn’t fit. In the end, one big suitcase had to be placed on the back seat, my 9-year-old son had to hold that plastic basket, and I had to keep a small suitcase at my feet in the front seat just to make room. It was extremely uncomfortable.
When we finally arrived at the parking lot, they told us that our actual car was parked in another parking area and that another driver was bringing it over — we just needed to wait 10 minutes. But we ended up waiting for a full hour, standing outdoors in 12°C cold and strong wind before the car finally arrived.
From the moment I made the first phone call until I could finally drive my own car, it took almost two full hours — absolutely unacceptable!
Just when I thought things couldn’t get worse, I realized my Android Auto cable had been stolen. I had no choice but to use the in-car navigation system, which was outdated and led me through closed and incorrect routes.
Yes, the service may be cheap, but the experience was absolutely awful. I would never recommend this service to anyone!
