Maturing Bond advice
I rang regarding the maturity of a bond and spoke to Wendy who was extremely helpful and reassured me that I had carried out the procedure correctly.
She could not have been more helpful and I only wish all customer service personel of whatever company could be as good.

All I wanted to do was update my bank details on my savings account. The app doesn't work on my phone so I contacted them and explained the situation Their reply was use the app it's the only way. Looks like I have to buy a new phone. Is that customer service? RCI not interested.

My account was locked. i needed to send in a letter confirming details. when i rang the details were corrected and David was so helpful showing me how to access my account that i had not used for a while. it is service like this which is invaluable. thanks David
