A 10 years relationship…
I have been saving with RCI Bank for almost ten years, and never in this time
I have had anything other than a positive experience.
When I opened my first account with them, they only offered the instant access and a handful of fixed term options. I have had both, and never had any issue.
Only once or twice I have had to contact customer support (once because I foolishly locked myself out of my account!) and each time my query was resolved quickly and professionally.
I am pleased they keep expanding the services they offer and I recommend their service.

First time customer
First time customer with this bank. Opened a fixed rate ISA and was very pleased with the ease of opening the account, using the site and speed of acknowledging the account being active. Also the transfer in of funds from another provider was speedy and straightforward.

Secure and safe place to put your savings
Invested in a 3 year fixed rate bond which paid a very competitive interest rate. I was advised of all my maturity options in a timely manner and I would have no hesitation in opening another account in the future. All in all a very good experience.

Never had a problem with RCI. All dealings I have had have always been hassle free. Communications are good and online app is very easy to use.
