Good Rates and Easy to Use
Picked this bank for availability of good savings rates. Easy to use website and when my fixed term ended I was presented with a list of easy to select options to close or renew all or part of my savings for same or different term. The do nothing/default option was clearly communicated. The option I picked had a better rate than publicly available which was a bonus. The only thing to note is if you choose a rollover option you need to wait 24 hours to change your mind

New ISA
I opened up an ISA and it was reasonably straightforward, with various levels of security to get through as is the norm these days. I have needed to phone the main customer support number a couple of times to confirm a few things. The staff have always been friendly, patient and helpful

A competitive offering from RCI
RCI offer a competitive range of products. Just recently moved from a 2 yr fixed rate to another 30 month fixed rate. Online comms were good and they were expertly able to answer any queries promptly.

Amazing
After waiting since April for my ISA transfer to HSBC, I eventually gave up and started looking elsewhere. I found RCI, which was offering a very competitive interest rate, so I cancelled my HSBC transfer and applied with RCI instead.
I opened my account on Saturday, and by the end of Wednesday my ISA funds had been transferred from my previous bank. The communication throughout the process was excellent, and the transfer was smooth and hassle-free.
I’m very impressed with how efficient everything was. Thank you, RCI, for making the whole process so easy.
