Highly Recommended Bank For Savings
I can highly recommend RCI for your savings accounts. I’ve been with them for many years with my savings account, and been so impressed with their service and good interest rates that I got my mum to use them too for her savings. I recently also transferred a cash ISA over to RCI and the process was seemless, easy and quick with money appearing in the new account the same day as my previous provider released the funds. After filling out the short online form authorising RCI to transfer my ISA I didn’t have to do a thing. RCI did all the work and communication with the old provider. As a result, I am now £54 per month better off, for a few minutes work and button presses. A no brainer! The service I have received over the years has been superb. The online platform is well laid out, straightforward and easy to quickly carry out a transaction. No nonsense, no hassle, no pestering email spamming. Just very easy banking with extremely competitive interest rates. I definitely recommend RCI Savings Accounts to anyone.

Overall RCI have been great for us over several years but why should it take 3 business days to clear the interest on a 3 year bond at maturity when it is only an internal transfer within the same bank?

Interest earned will clear into your chosen account on the same day your account matures and your new account will show from 10am on the date your account matured.
However, when maturity occurs on a weekend or bank holiday, it will be processed on the following working day.
We also note your comment about the review date display. As Trustpilot controls how review dates are shown on its platform, we're unable to amend this formatting.

Slightly frustrating that deposits can only be made from a nominated bank account. If that issue could be resolved id give it 5 stars.

sought my ex-husband's permission to send me information on a joint account
dreadful, asked my (ex) husband's permission to send me transaction details on an account during the period it was in joint names. Didn't tell me about contacting him. Didn't tell me they would not be sending me the requested information. And when I insisted they clarified I had only asked for information during the time the account was joint, they sent my husband a letter assuring him the bank had been careful only the send me information that related to when the account was held jointly.
