Problem with online application
We had a slight problem when opening an ISA and I would just like to commend Jack Hendry from RCI for his patience, understanding and excellent customer service in helping us to complete the application. Jack is an asset to the bank.

RCI are too intrusive
RCI are too intrusive. I was asked to add my Occupation to my personal details (which is fine), but it includes a mandatory setting for 'Income' - there is no option to withhold this detail so I had to pick a fictitious amount, but I shouldn't have to do that.

Excellent customer service. I transferred from easy access account to fixed rate Bond. Customer Service made this easy for me. Easy to navigate website. Was able to print off tax certificate without any fuss or complications. Very happy with RCI.

Banking made easy…
Set up 2 accounts and found the app very easy to get around. Once set up it was simple to transfer money from one account to the other. So far I am impressed. I had to phone RCI with a question and was very pleased it was a human who was easily understood and it didn't take me long ( maybe a minute) to get through.

Great Fixed Rate Bond bank to use
Recommended by my family and was so easy to open an account and start saving almost immediately. The online instructions were extremely easy to follow with confirmation of my transfers sent really quick.

Excellent service
Experience was seamless. Opened a new ISA and transferred funds from an older ISA. Both transactions were completed within 2 days.
Remarkable efficiency. I will continue to use RCI for savings, especially now that they have entered the ISA market.

A little confused but no need
After finding my way round the website I was not sure if I had completed my application correctly so I rang the help desk and got all the help I needed
The staff were very helpful and polite . I am not very savie with technology and the operative was extremely patient with me. I got what I requested with a smile
