Awesome for DIY small business
I have printed many brochures for my company that I design myself and they always come out beautiful . The proofing team is very on it and calls out anything that might be troubling . The chat system is nice and responsive to communicate with them. Prices are very reasonable for a very well done DIY brochure.

Smartpress is the bomb
I've used Smartpress many times previously and have had wonderful experiences every time (great quality). Recently, I sent in an order for a client and the production was going to take longer than anticipated. From start to finish, the process was seamless. I was able to upload my artwork, receive a proof, and have my sign printed and shipped within 72 hours. As my sign was larger than standard, the team even reached out to confirm I was comfortable with the additional shipping cost before proceeding, which I really appreciated.
They packaged the sign with great care. Unfortunately, it arrived with a slightly bent corner, but their customer service was exceptional. They responded quickly, resolved the issue without hesitation, and made the whole process completely stress-free.
I'm already working on another sign and won't hesitate to have Smartpress print it as well. I'm so glad I found them and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality printing backed by outstanding customer service.

Good signs and quickly
The turn around time for the yard signs we made was really fast and within the timing that they estimated for the job at checkout. I also appreciated the ability to review the proofs during checkout so they could go straight to print. I did have a bit of trouble getting the automated proof process to accept 2-sided sign proofs, but it got there. The signs were well packaged, good quality, and worked well for our purposes.
