Horrible

I'd give this company negative stars if I could they're the worst website company ever then after I canceled, they keep trying to still bill me and they're not even doing my website. Beware of this company and they outsource everything to India. You can't even get a hold of anybody and people quit you never have the same person to talk too!!

GeoSCAM

I bought into the GeoJuice program they have and how it would help boost the business. It does nothing but put a marker on a map in their system. It took months to get onboarding completed, and it was painstaking with many emails and calls producing very few results. They built a new website for me that was quite underwhelming, it also did not produce any results for me because the backlinks and keywords are formatted poorly.

The persons responsible for setting up accounts and connecting your profiles are outsourced. They don't respond to emails and calling is troubling with some barriers. It gets to the point that you can make one change a week. Communication between the inner departments is extremely poor and does not get documented in their system, so you get pushed down the line with someone new always needing to catch up on what has happened or hasn't.

I escalated trying to cancel and got a new manager who wasn't outsourced. Antonio pushed things along and was able to get my onboarding completed and everything functional. It still didn't produce any results because the advertisements are so poorly done that they don't have any reach.

I am in the process of canceling my trial period and hope my experience doesn't resemble what others have documented. This "marketing company" doesn't even have their own Google business account, probably because it would be too easy to find the poor reviews. They will probably respond to this before addressing my cancellation emails.

5/20/26 Surefire Local responded making it sound like I have not contributed to the process. They were given all the information and access they needed and still did not produce any product or service. I have reached out to them multiple times and they just keep claiming they are working on it.

Worst company ever, they are scammers not a real operation but a scam company stay away from them, after requesting 100 times not to be called they keep calling you with different numbers. We will sort this over court and we have sent the necessary paperwork to our lawyers.

Extremely unprofessional

Extremely unprofessional, won’t take no for an answer. Conversation started out fine, but over the next hour it went downhill quickly. Fil Asgedom continued response after I politely asked for discontinued communication. Said I should use logic instead of these reviews on this site. I appreciate the real responses found here to help me make an informed decision- I will never use this company and will ensure he does not have the opportunity to disrespect other companies. 0/10 experience, sounds like a used car salesman.

Surefire = Deceptive Business Practices

My experience with Surefire Local has been extremely disappointing and raises serious concerns about deceptive business practices.

After signing up, the service delivered little to no value, communication was inconsistent, and support was slow or unresponsive. When I attempted to cancel, I received no acknowledgment, no confirmation, and no resolution — yet the billing continued.

I even spoke directly with their director, Brian, who assured me the issues would be addressed — yet nothing changed. After that call, the company continued to dodge communication, ignore my cancellation requests, and charge my card without authorization, including using methods I never approved.

I reached out multiple times through email and their website contact form with no response, but I continued receiving marketing emails almost daily. The contrast between ignoring cancellation requests while continuing to charge and spam customers feels intentionally misleading.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Businesses deserve transparency, accountability, and honest billing practices, and I did not receive that here.

As addressed in our BBB response, we want to be straightforward: billing was made in accordance with a documented six-month agreement sent to you on the day of sign-up, and work was performed under that agreement, including a website build and delivered staging link. The call with Brian is on record and accurately reflects what was communicated.

DO NOT even think of trying to start anything with this scam ,they try to get ownership of the website and make the whole thing a nightmare for you so they will drag you in and drown , they will charge your card while being recorded then tell you the terms and conditions which no contractor would want and blame you for not reading terms and conditions on their website

The absolute worst company to use for…

The absolute worst company to use for advertising everything is outsourced they ignore your calls texts and emails neglect you SEO to a point google shuts down your business page so good job Mike pierce maureen Moran and Noah ford for some of the worst experience ever received lost all my reviews and google business page went down and received almost no help from Surefire local who I pay every moth except for the last 2 because the chief technology officer Maureen Moran agreed they have not worked on my account for 2 months so once again Mike pierce maureen Moran and Noah ford that’s for being the absolute worst I reccomend you hire a tree stump before sure fire local response time is about the same

Edit the business profile was taken down because was not being updated through directories and lack of care thanks for trying and responding to a review 20 days later just to confirm the slow response quicker than a tree stump this time good for you and I’m very happy we are parting ways

I signed on with another company I shouldn’t have to chase after a company that I pay to complete work we both agreed that should be done onboarding took 3 months and you guys just kept taking my money all while doing nothing for bettering my online presence a marketing company like yours is all out sourced no one cares for the customer you do not follow through on what you say you are going to then have to chase back after you example was not supposed to be charged for a month because in boarding took 3 months and you guys still charged and had to send a refund back missed appointments with no call backs week at a time no response especially while a business google profile is down that you are in charge of taking care of

The best thing you can do to help is refund me for every month of this contract

And I bet you will still send rhe bill this month the only thing you are consistent with

They cold call you from a fake number

They cold call you from a fake number. Anyone calling from a fake number can not be trusted. Gave the sales person the time of day to explain what they would do for the money they're asking and they couldn't even explain it properly. She had no idea what they do and literally just seemed like this was a side gig for her to just get people roped into a contract with them. Their website looks absolutely amateur and if internet marketing is your business you would think they would at least have a decent website. 100% are just scammers...

I have been talking with them to get my…

I have been talking with them to get my money back. They are not willing to. I told them before my 3rd month on my contract was due, that I wanted to cancel. They still ran my card for a 4th month. I sent emails and they never responded when I stated I wanted to cancel. They said I did not cancel in time that I need to do it with in 15 days. I did this via phone also. It was 45 days prior. They will not give me my money back. If anyone else has these issues please email American Plumbing & Rooter Solutions in Arkansas
We can file against them.

TERRIBLE company. They promise to call you back, they don’t. They charged me for 3 months of service and did absolutely nothing. I cancelled after 2 months and they continued billing. I’ve had to cancel my debit card to get them to stop. They refuse to refund any money after doing nothing. RUN, don’t walk away from this company.

We understand the frustration, and we want to be transparent. After onboarding was completed in late February, the account became active and billing followed the terms of the signed agreement, which includes a 30-day cancellation notice period. We recognize the timing of the charges felt sudden, and we take that feedback to heart.

When concerns were raised, we wanted to make things right and offered two complimentary months of service along with a $500 LSA credit to help generate immediate results. That offer was unfortunately declined, but it still stands.

We'd welcome the opportunity to reconnect and deliver the results we set out to achieve together. We wish nothing but success for this business.

My dad who owns a professional services…

My dad who owns a professional services firm asked me to sit in on a pitch from Surefire Local today. I have done Marketing at an F100 level for the last 10+ years. I kid you not when I say the sales reps are trained to lie, they're trained to be purposefully deceptive, and these pitches are tailor made for business owners who have no clue what they're doing. It's not an exaggeration to say that Surefire is a scam deliberately designed to trick small business owners. Basically they're completely full of BS and their willingness to lie left me unable to sit through even 10 minutes of it before basically directly calling out the complicit but completely clueless salesman.

What pisses me off the most is that if you're doing well, connecting this BS will hurt your business. The low quality content, the dog shit websites, the bs being peddled. It has the potential to destroy years of actual SEO progress. These guys make their money screwing over small business owners.

Edit: Yeah great, this opinion is formed off of me recognizing that you entire sales pitch is bold faced lying to business owners. Looks like being a customer would have been a way worse and very damaging experience. Shame on you people. You're genuinely hurting people's businesses.

If i could rate this company lower i would, lies, lies and more lies. These people promise if you sign up with their contract services to provide marketing, that you will not only do better but you will thrive because their algorythum is the only algorythum that can speak to google and that after 90 days you will see traction on your website and of course the phone will ring. None of this happened of course after spending tens of thousands of dollars i told them screw off but wait it gets better you signed the contract and now they get their collections department to harass you. Then they report the amount owed to your business credit report. So now years later when applying for small business credit cardyou can’t get a loan. Do not do business with this company you will regret it.

I wish I could give them no stars. They had my Google account shut down, still kept on charge me $3,498 per month. Ran me around for 3 months, tell me that they were going to get my Google account reopened. Kept on taking money from me for absolutely nothing... Horrible company. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I was told I would meet with some type of manager, but I kept on speaking with the same confused people, that promise me they were going to take care of things but had no answers. Finally they quit contact me altogether. Thanks for stealing thousands of dollars from me..

Are you ready to burn your money? Look no further!

Well they scammed me. I had a friend refer them to me through another friend. It's on me. They basically took our money and did not connect to our facebook or instagram. They did not have the knowledge to do that. We did not see any increase in business or call volume. Their support is all from overseas with accents that are extremely difficult to communicate with. There is no integrity in the company. We tried on month 3 to receive a refund when we saw they were incompetent. Of course the would not refund the account. The services they charged us for, was never completed on their end. They did send us an $800 refund out of over $6000. $6,000 to perform absolutely nothing. They did have lots of meeting with us. None accomplished anything. I would have to assume with the nonproductive meetings and the $6,000 probably cost us thousands more than that. It's hard to trust marketing companies due to situations like these. I could go on and on. Definitely on me.

I would love to rate this company lower…

I would love to rate this company lower than a one-star. If you consider entering into an agreement with them, just know this: they will try to impress you up front, but what you get is a lot of repetitive low-end social media posts and Ai written blogs... nothing impressive. Their dashboard feels slick, but they added little if any value to my business. Once you sign on with them, they lack customer service and responsiveness. I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription last month and asked them to provide the necessary information for me to continue having my website hosted. They delayed responding, so they could bill me again. Then they demand that we have a meeting before I can cancel. It's absurd.

We completely understand the frustration—your cancellation request came in on the 20th, just one day before your billing date. Unfortunately, our terms of service do require a notice period before the next billing cycle, so the final invoice had already gone through by the time we received it. It wasn't a matter of dragging our feet, it was just tough timing.
