Sales people are obnoxiously pushy, calling at random times and do not respect boundaries. I was willing to work with them but I'm glad I dodged that bullet.

Edit: Even their response is manipulative.

Completely ruined my online presence. Horrible company app doesn’t work. They lie constantly about everything. Waisted lots of money and time with this company and going to loose lots of business behind this. Was ranking in top 5 in my area before them now I can’t even be found. I’m pissed

Description of complaint:
I paid surefire to build me a webpage. It took around three months and after the three months, I was not satisfied with the webpage ortheir services in April. I told him to cancel my account May, June and July. They still charge me 2250 dollars Today I spoke to them asking why they had charged me three more months. They told me that they had a 30 day cancellation policy, butI canceled with them over around three months ago To make it short, I would never recommend this company they take your money. It’s very hard to cancel with them and then they try totell you you have a one year contract even after it’s in a voicemail that we only had a three month contract I had multiple companies similar share fire but at this point they’re the worst I spend around $10,000 And got maybe four or five calls just letting everybody know be careful because you will not get what you pay for I didn’t.

Too pushy and overbearing used car salesman type

STAY AWAY!!
I spoke with Tiffany over an hour for a presentation and when she felt i was not going to pull the trigger she secretly alerted her manager Matthew to listen in. He chimed in and immediately came off very pushy and aggressive to the point of using scare tactics and over talking thinking that will get me to sign, very used car salesman type of guy. I told him his aggressiveness is coming across in a bad way and he got even louder. Maybe they work for some companies but I’m glad i stuck to my gut feeling and didn't sign. Just the typical tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign kind of company is how i now feel about them, but what they’re really about shined through on this call.

Not a single lead in 5 months

Not a single lead in 5 months, $1500 a month I feel was wasted on empty promises...Good Luck !! Business profile on Google showed us in Alaska, we are in Texas, now that I cancelled our business profile is suspended due to deceptive content... 🤔

I have been with them for four years…

I have been with them for four years with the same rep the entire time. The first time I actually needed them to do something (merge Google profiles) Tristan went radio silence. I have emailed 7 times over the past 1.5 months and called numerous times to no avail. I am working on canceling now.

Not a great company to work with

Not a great company to work with. I used them with two companies for a few years. I gave them every chance possible. It was one excuse after the other. Several different reps that rarely remembered my account or the previous conversations.

They will burn through your ad spend with no regard for quality leads or your budget. They are extremely hard to reach. And changes have to be submitted and take weeks.

We canceled on Jan 1 and have been continuously charged every month.

This company is a nightmare

This company is a nightmare. I actually saw a 75% drop in calls and leads during the year I signed up. The website was up after 3 months. They said if I ever changed my mind after the contract was up I could cancel and I would still own the website. After my year contract they shut down my site the day we canceled. I cannot give a worse recommendation. Small buisness owners beware

Started off great but was passed…

Started off great but was passed around. I didn't get the hard working team that was portrayed. I got work assigned to me??

I am busy enough and hired them to help us be found.

I have a 5 star moving company. Shouldn't be too hard to promote!

I got cheerleaders from them not marketing stratagists. I didn't hear anyone strategizing on my behalf.

I cancelled last month and they took another $597.00. that is the main reason for this review. Who's BMW am I making payments on????🌻

Absolutely no integrity

Absolutely no integrity. We hired them to do advertising and a website for our company so they had access to our Google Ads account. We are a US construction company but they put up a website for us that featured pictures of homes with European electrical outlets so obviously they are outsourcing and using cheap labor from India that doesn't know our market. Or maybe they are an Asian company with a VA, USA front pretending to be American.

Then we realized they were overcharging us over $800/month compared to other marketing companies so we severed ties with them.

Fast forward several months and they contacted Google for our Google Analytics account and had our analytics account permanently deleted behind our back! We tried to contact them and they ignored us. Check them out on the web and the BBB. They have horrible reviews.

We are a business Remodeling company and we get screw up by Sure local Fire

We are a business remodeling company, and I received a call from William I accepted the deal he offered me, giving my money for three months, along with my social media passwords and. I Sure with access to use my domain. However, I never received anything they. decided to cancel my service through them, but they took advantage of the. I got my money back for. They locked my Facebook account, changed my password without, and shut my website permission. They locked domain and stole my, website, business Facebook I do not recommend this local fire company because they sell a very different package what they offer

As mentioned during the offboarding, it was up to your point of contact to ensure your team had all the necessary account logins and was ready for the transition. Since you chose not to take the website with you, once the subscription ended, the site went offline. For your security, once the offboarding was complete, we no longer had access to those profiles.

We understand why you decided to cancel, and we truly appreciate the opportunity we had to work together. Despite the bumps, we hope we can collaborate again down the road if the situation ever changes.

Man oh man!!!

Man oh man!!!! They said they would refund half of what I paid and then (according to my credit union) cancelled my refund after they learned I used another card that was compromised and wouldn’t even refund the amount to a different card. Don’t do business with this firm. They’re not an honest company!

I was cold called by a rep “Michael L”…

I was cold called by a rep “Michael L” he was rude and hostile on the phone. When I said we were “good,” meaning no thanks, he told me you are not good, and then threatened to close my business on Google. After finally getting off the phone he then sent an email screenshotting my
Website and all it was was “You’re not good” it’s creepy and stalkerish behavior.
The next day I got an email saying my business was marked as “permanently closed” and had to go through the steps to reopen.

Surefire more like surefizzle

Surefire will do no training for their product. When you sign up they designate one person at your company to take a 4 week course to learn the Surefire platform. I have used several CRM companies and Surefire is the worst one in the market. You try to call them for help and they direct you to your Admin. It's insane that a company sells you their product but doesn't want to help you learn and understand it. It's very clunky and not user friendly by any means. Archaic CRM don't buy this product

Surefire local has been a Nightmare

Surefire local has been a Nightmare. Regardless of results. I have tried to cancel their service. They told me there was a 30-day cancellation policy and they needed to charge me a prorated amount for the remainder of the notice. Okay, no problem...

However, they decide to charge the full amount. I have requested my refund of over $400 numerous times with no help. Fine... whatever.

I have been asking for my google LSA access for months with no release of their admin rights. I had to cancel my card and bank account to prevent anymore charges. I have had a phone call each month from their billing department asking why my card keeps declining. I just want them as far away from my business as possible.

These people almost ruined my business

These people almost ruined my business. I used to get 3-4 leads a day from the internet, generating $30K a month in revenue.

I gave them a chance and in the four+ months they were running things, I think I got maybe two leads. I used to get 3-4 a day! God what a mistake. It's like they somehow rebuilt my website and then made it invisible to the internet or buried it under the ocean. I went back to my old internet marketing company and immediately went back to getting 4 leads a day.

Basically, I almost had to shut down my business because of these people. I had been in business for over ten years and was suddenly checking the wanted ads for a job.

Making matters worse, after I canceled them, they CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD. I sent email after email and for months they kept charging my credit card thousands of dollars, as if they were pretending that I still wanted their services. In my opinion, these people are incompetent and total thieves.

I honestly wouldn't work with them again if they PAID ME $100,000 up front, because I would just lose money. I wouldn't want them to touch my business if they paid me $250K.

They do social media marketing that was so bad that my friends were laughing at me. Totally cheesy pictures and generic captions that yielded no results and just made my business look cheap.

I HAVE NEVER HATED A COMPANY MORE THAN THIS COMPANY. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE DISSAATISFIED WITH A SERVICE THAN THEIR SERVICE. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY PROFESSIONAL CAREER WAS HIRING THESE PEOPLE. I WISH THEY WOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS SO NOBODY ELSE WOULD GET HURT.
