0rdered a part-was charged immediatly-supposed to have in 5 days-after 2 wks received half-never got most important half-sent email how to return and get refund-never got a reply

Great price on a brake controller. Shipped promptly and kept me informed of the order progress.

Hitch showed up with no mounting hardware. Was unable to mount the hitch to my vehicle because the hardware did not show up with the hitch

A good product and quick response to my concerns but two weeks to ship.

the controler came in 4 days from order but the wiring harnes for truck took 16 days called 2 times becuse not in package told be 3 more days 5 days later called again

Save yourself the time and money and stay far away from these guys. Ordered hitch and paid for faster delivery to insure it arrived before trip. Day comes of expected delivery. No package no update. Had to email and got a response saying “wearhouse inventory got messed up” it’ll be there in 3 more days. Waited. Still no hitch. Asked for money back and was told 3-5 more days. Long story short going on 6 weeks now, still no hitch or money back.

Orderd parts on 3 5 2023 said they would arrive between 3 8 and 3 15 called customer service said the had 20 in stock but yet they are backordered guess Noone can pick up a phone and let EVERYONE KNOW THE PROBLEM BUT NO LETS JUST NOT INFORM THE CUSTOMER OF ANYTHING I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE EVER FOR ANYTHING

This is an updated review. Tow Universe representatives called me and straightened out the whole situation and gave a good explanation as to what happened and I am glad to say it is resolved. I will give these guys another opportunity in the future and who knows, we may have a good relationship. I am a business owner and I purchase a lot of trailer parts. Thank you Jean.

I ordered trailer fenders
I received a message the next day about confirming my order and to call them
I have called 25 times No one has ever answered or called me back
I would not recommend ordering from this company

I ordered the hitch to fit my car. Took the car apart, it doesn't fit. No response to my emails or call yet.
Right now I'm stuck with a hitch that doesn't fit anything I have.

Placed an order and never got shipping or tracking information even though my card was charged. Contacted them and Irvin said he messed up order and was over nighting it to me. I still haven’t received the product or a refund for my card. Pretty shady business. Beware.

I already reviewed the product the pro series landing gear.
I had an issue after fitting the landing legs as they were not a matched pair and they were both working against each other. I just assumed as I bought a full kit they would have worked as intended.

However I emailed tow universe and Irvin called me back very quickly and explained that the only way to solve this was to switch the gears around in one leg. There is no mention of this in the instructions and it would have been very useful and far easier to do this prior to fitting but that is the manufacturers failure.

It isn't too bad to do and I solved the problem.

But what I was impressed with was a follow up email from Irvin to see if I had managed to fix the issue. That rarely happens these days. People generally don't care enough to check so I have given a 5* review for service.

Terrible customer service. They never call back. They shipped the wrong hitch and said simply send it back, no shipping label just send it back. I’m out $$$. Be aware!
