I only received one of the two items ordered. Had to email to find out the status of the other item and it has been back ordered. Just wish I would have been notified without having to inquire myself about the status.

I was lied to and strung along for weeks with the promise of selling me an advertized product at the price advertized when available again from selling out only to have them raise the price substaintaly and not honor the initial price with the written reference order

Well I gave a bad review do to it said it was delivered and it wasn’t. He called me right away and fixed the problem. This guy is having problems with shipping because covid BS. Really good guy that runs it. The products are great but the shipping is slow do to covid. I apologize for the bad review.

Purchased a hitch for my 2005 Toyota Highlander after watching a few vidoes on how to install. If I knew it was this easy, I would have done it years ago! My 14 year old son and I had it done in about 15 minutes. The hitch looks great and will be perfect for our bike rack.

Customer service responses have been good. There's a national backorder on a lot of things so they are doing everything they can to get me my hitch asap. And I like that they have a warehouse local to me.

I purchased a tow hitch assembly from Tow Universe as the item appeared available on their website. My card was charged but I didn’t receive any shipping information. I called a few days later and spoke to customer service and was informed the item was on backorder with no estimated shipping date. I waited about a week and half and called back to speak with someone about an update. I have attempted 4 times to reach customer service and my call gets sent to a call back queue due to high call volume. Each time I have not received a call back. I do not recommend purchasing from Tow Universe as the website is misleading about product availability and customer service has been terrible about receiving/retuning calls.

Ordered a Jack and it was missing the handle, They sent a new one, no questions.

Package arrive with damage to box. One end cap for crosspieces is cracked and will not stay in place. Two of the round end pieces to the clamps that tighten against the bed rails were missing. Quick delivery is appreciated. This universal kit will not mount on a jeep gladiator box without modification.

Every thing was great except I did not receive an email confirmation of my order.

Service on these fenders was excellent. Fenders feel a bit flimsy, but that's not the sellers fault. They should be fine for the project I'm using them for.

This is the first time to use towuniverse.com. Ordered a hitch from this site because is was cheaper than others, and arrived faster than expected. I have not had the chance to install it yet, but I unpackaged it and assume that it will look great on my wife's van. I will recommend them to others shopping for hitches and tow accessories.
