The product of high quality. Service fantastic, one of my chandeliers had one of the covers broken. Ulamp replaced and send extras. The price to quality ratio very high. I fell in love with my chandelier when I saw at another store, and Ulamp delivered the same quality at 1/2 the price.

After a disastrous experience with a Chinese giant, I was reluctant to buy Chinese again. Fortunately, I found Ulamps. It had great reviews and most importantly, photos of satisfied customers. Ordering was easy. They provided guidance with the length of the rods. Actually, they sent plenty of rods at no extra cost for me to adjust to my liking. The quality of the fixtures is great. They are very well done, look elegant and the price is very reasonable. I had a minor issue with the thread of a sconce. I emailed them and they immediately sent me a total replacement at no cost. I am very satisfied with the product and the service. I highly recommend this store.

The fixture is high quality and beautiful. It came well packed and the customer service was helpful when the included mounting bracket didn’t fit my junction box. Will definitely order more in the future.

We ordered the Grand Fulcrum Sconces. They are absolutely gorgeous! From beginning to end we had excellent customer service and communication. We received the sconces earlier than expected too.

They were extremely communicative and accommodating. The chandeliers that we were interested were designed for non-sloped ceilings. Chany and his team got us parts to accommodate a sloped ceiling and extra rods. Items came packaged well in wood boxes. Will order from here again.

The candlestick chandelier is super heavy and gorgeous, entirely transformed our kitchen island. Even my electrician was impressed by the build quality.
