At first I was skeptical because I found the exact same light fixture on ULamp as I saw at RH. But RH was 3 times the amount so I wasn’t sure if the fixtures were going to look cheap. But they are GORGEOUS! Plus the customer service by Cherry was top notch. She was so responsive to ensure that I received everything I needed for my light fixtures. I get compliments all the time!

I have an extremely positive experience…
I have an extremely positive experience with this company . The product itself was excellent as expected. UPS damaged the package and there were broken and missing parts but Ulamps were very prompt and helpful in sending me replacements without any hassle. Highly recommend ordering your chandeliers from Ulamps.

We haven’t received delivery!!!
We haven’t received delivery!!! It now shows delivery 12/11. I will update as soon as arrived. I completely understand delays with holiday purchases

Please with the product with the exception of one of the LED bulbs was defective
Products were well made with nice finishes. Packaging was exceptional but frustrating to un-pack. LOL I would purchase from Ulamps again.

Is ULamps legit?
It has been well over a week since my order was placed. No shipping info (despite 2-3 days processing), no response to email or chat and a recording when you call customer service. Will I get my products?

Very Impressed with this Company
Communication was seamless, and the lights were packaged so well. Nothing could have been ruined during shipping as I imagine it took hours just to package the lights. I was very impressed! I have not had the ability to hang the lights yet as we are in the middle of building the house, so I can't comment as to how they will operate, but they looked very nice!

I could not use the style and color in new construction but Chany handled it without involving me~
