Fast shipping, I received exactly what was shown in the pictures

The product inside the box was not the one I ordered. When I pointed this out, customer service proved completely incompetent. They failed to grasp that their system was flawed—the item number in question was linked to the wrong product. The documentation inside the box actually listed the correct item number. Consequently, I never received the product I purchased. They did issue a refund. They offered me a coupon, but given how foolish they are—likely to mess up future orders just as easily—I declined it.

Megfelelő szállítás, gyorsan.

Sajnos hatalmas csalódás volt. A több, mint 68 000 Ft-os áron lényegesen jobb minőségre számítottam.

A valóságban a termék színe sem egyezik megfelelően a képeken látottal, az anyag vékony és összességében olcsó hatást kelt. Az ágyrács kialakítása különösen gyenge: az egyes léceket egyenként, kimérve kellett a kerethez csavarozni, miközben maga a hosszanti ágykeret is két részből van összeállítva.

Összeszerelés után az ágy rendkívül hangosan nyikorog, gyakorlatilag minden mozdulatnál. Ebben az árkategóriában ezt elfogadhatatlannak tartom.

A visszaküldés sem jelentett reális megoldást: a terméket Lengyelországba kellett volna saját költségen visszajuttatnom, ami egy ekkora csomagnál olyan magas költséget jelentett volna, hogy gyakorlatilag nem érte volna meg visszaküldeni.

Összességében a termék minősége és konstrukciója messze elmaradt attól, amit a több, mint 68 000 Ft-os ár alapján vártam. Én biztosan nem vásárolnám meg újra.

Pontosan azt kaptam amit megrendeltem a meretek tokeletesek az osszeszereles 2 embert igenyel de amugy ertheto 1 ora alatt apukammal osszeszereltem. Stabil az agy. Furot ajanlok h legyen mert az a kezi csavaroval orokkevalosagig tartana osszeszerelni.

A termék a hirdetésekben szépen mutat,de mikor megérkezik darabokban van .Egy egyedülálló nő nem biztos hogy össze tudja rakni, mivel azért sullya is van.
Közben a kapott összeszerelési útmutató sem teljes. Segitséget kérni nem lehet, összeszerelést nem vállalnak.Ezért egy kicsit neheztelek Önökre.

The shipping was very confusing, there was a possibility of the item being delivered in two boxes, but I only received shipping notice on one, the other arrived almost 10 days later. Only good experience is the customer service, but I needed to call them to figure out I was not missing screws but a whole package.
The item is a nightmare to assemble, no human has ever tested the manual as there are many steps that are very frustrating to do. 300 screws from just one type that you have to screw in to impossible places, everything just barely fits or not at all. There are parts which were broken down unnecessary I guess for shipping purposes. One side is consisting of 8 different pieces of metal, almost impossible to screw togethere. Two of us worked on assembling this piece of garbage for around 10-12 hours, and I only kept going to not dissassamble it before return. The product serves its purpose overall I guess, but I would never buy this again, and encourage everyone not buying. Never again!

Katasztrófa . Tényleg egy nagyon olcsó minőség. Összerakás után szétesik. A csavarok nem tartanak semmit. Nem stabil. Soha többet nem szeretnék itt vásárolni !

Szekrény összeszerelésije kicsit kaotikus. Így mindkét éjjeliszekrényt szét kellett szedni, és újra összerakni. Legalább pár normális cikkszámos , robbantott ábra jól mutatna az elején. A ledszalag a szekrény aljáról leválik gyenge ragasztás miatt. Ami kis műanyag fekete kocka biztosítaná, hogy az ajtó esztétikusan megálljon csukva, az felszerelhetetlen. A csavar feje beleszorul, és kb 2mm hosszan menne csak bele a lapba, mert rövid. Egyébként összeszerelve teljesen jól funkcionál.

I order product on 27.09. and was no any information about deilvery until 07.10. Ordered two pckage and both inside was a bit damaged and one of them was not the pine wood as it was described on website.

3 termékből mindhárom kuka. 200 000 ft-ért silány, méretben nem stimmelő termékek. Könyvespolc festése és anyagmegmunkálása befejezetlen. Csavarozashoz nincs menet. Illesztések is pontatlanok.
A 3 termék egyszerre rendelve, 3 részben érkezett. Az ügyfélszolgálat, a panaszkezelés végtelen rossz. Soha többé nem rendelek, és akinek lehet ugyanezt fogom javasolni. A termékekről a képeket őrizni fogom, hogy elrettentő példaként mutatthassam.

Sokat kellet rá várni. És egy rakat sz’r az egész termék. Hiányos, kibás gyártmány.
De már lecsusztam a reklamációs időről, így marad ez a vacak porfogónak.

At the end of June, I purchased two items from VidaXL: a bin (322700.A) and a cabinet (850590.A).

Both items arrived damaged. I reported the damage immediately after delivery and provided the requested information. VidaXL offered discount vouchers worth only a fraction of the purchase price, which I declined. Given the poor condition and quality of the products, I requested a return and refund.

VidaXL sent me two return labels. One was for the bin and the other was for the cabinet. However, the cabinet had originally been delivered in two separate boxes, while only one return label was provided. The parcel shop contacted me the same week to explain that they could not accept the cabinet return because one of the two boxes had no return label.

I contacted VidaXL again several times to explain the issue. Unfortunately, I was repeatedly directed to automated responses which did not resolve the problem. Despite numerous emails and explanations, no practical solution was provided.

It is now October, more than three months later, and I still do not have my refund. I have spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to resolve a problem that was not of my making.

Very disappointing customer service and after-sales support. I would simply like VidaXL to arrange the return correctly and refund my money.

Gyors megbízható szállítás már nem először

Nagyon nehéz volt az összeszerelés, mert pontatlanok voltak az alkatrészek és a furatok. Hiányos volt a csavar. Pontatlan volt a leírás, valamint nehezen volt követhető. Hogy mennyire lett masszív azt nem tudom, mert még nem használták az unokák. Csak remélni tudom, hogy az lesz.

Good value for money, although the design of the furniture should be improved in order to be more useful. Drawers are not deep enough despite of the ample space. Should be slighltly redesigned.
