Dylan was so lovely, answered my queries quickly and offered alternative solutions! Really pleased with his service and help, though the website’s T&Cs aren’t the most helpful. Again, I really appreciated Dylan’s help!

Dylan helped to resolve a problem I was having in activating a voucher that my daughter had given me and also helped me to exchange it for a different activity.

I ordered the James Bond triple experience specifically for the DB5 car ride and I get the gift card with no voucher number and also different cars than the website confirmed to me! A DB9 which was not at all mentioned.

Dylan Tembe answered my call and answered all queries and gave me a step by step guide on how to locate the information I needed. Not all cars are included on the gift card. I don’t appreciate how hard it was to get the right information but appreciate his patience and kindness and am happy my issue is resolved and hope the gift will be enjoyed.

I have used Indytute on a number of occasions and each time they have provided slightly different experiences which I have always enjoyed. The pricing is always pretty reasonable and I've never had any issues where I've had to speak with anyone - it's all been automated and seamless. This review is because I actually had to deal with their support as my wife managed to book an experience that should have been for 2 people as two individual bookings. A couple of emails went back and forth and then Charlie called and quickly resolved everything and confirmed the booking. Really nice guy and excellent customer service. I will continue to use them just for this personal and professional customer support.

I was unable to book my experience day at the British superbike because the website wouldn’t give me the option.I rang the Activity superstore and spoke to Dylan,he was able to email my tickets the following day.I found Dylan to be very polite and professional,he’s a good asset to the Activity Superstore.

Charlie Parkin was a great help to me. He was very sympathetic to the family health issues that had meant we had not been able to take the experience prior to the up coming expiry date. Charlie outlined the options to get doctor's letter etc.
We settled on just paying for the extension.
Charlie was a great customer support contact - be proud of your great work.

Firstly I would like to Big up Dylan from the customer care team. Great customer service. He went above and beyond! He dealt with my enquiry professionally and took his time to listen and was a great help. Booking for my experience was a nightmare, couldn't get through to the appropriate site properly. I was looking foward to a straight forward booking and was getting excited but the experience had me disheartened. My communication with Dylan was top class service. He put my mind at ease and helped in communications. He helped me sort out any issues, especially with regards to booking dates. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Activity Superstore and their customer service process.

The vouchers were purchased in good faith based on advertising that suggested there would be a vast range of experiences to suit everyone. In reality, the available options for the recipients were extremely limited locally, with the vast majority requiring significant travel or being concentrated around London, making them impractical to use to someone who lives in the North West.

The exchange process was also very misleading. Customers are required to validate the voucher against an experience they do not actually want before they are even able to access the exchange portal. I only validated the voucher because I had already explained the experience I wished to exchange to and believed this would be accommodated.

What made the situation even more frustrating was that the specific experience requested was available for direct purchase on their website, yet customer services refused to allow it as an exchange option. Despite explaining this clearly and escalating the matter as a formal complaint, I received what felt like repeated policy-based responses rather than genuine consideration of the circumstances.

Customer service remained polite throughout, but ultimately offered no meaningful resolution, refund, or goodwill gesture despite the vouchers costing around £100 and being realistically unusable for the recipients.

Overall, the experience felt inflexible, misleading, and very poor value for money. I would strongly advise others to carefully check the actual availability of experiences in their area before purchasing.

Spoke with Dylan today, sorted my issue out in record time, first class service.
