Very pleased with my new bed. Stuart and Martin did a great job, very efficient and professional. Hoovered the carpet before assembling the new bed, and very informative in explaining the controls.

Had our new bed delivered the other…
Had our new bed delivered the other day, the two guys Brian and Pete we very professional and friendly took the old bed away cleaned up and fitted the new bed into the bedroom when they had finished they took the time to explain the controls and how to use them. Couldn’t recommend the enough.

The fitters arrived punctually they wasted no time in starting work prepared the area well very professional in their approach clear the area and fitted the bed double quick time
Ionut demonstrated how to use the controls explained advantage of taking care of the bed and reminded me of how to contact the company should there be a problem
The whole experience was very professional and considerate I would be more than happy to deal with your company again need should arise

My ajustable bed arrived without …
My ajustable bed arrived without it's zip on cover ,they said someone would come out and fit it, next day it came by post, I phoned when would they fit it? They said its easy just pop it over ,do it yourself, im a 88 year old lady with cancer and mobility problems, I had to pay someone to come in to put it on!! it's a double ajustable bed I think it's disgraceful

Excellent service from the initial clear and helpful visit to our home where options were explained, to effective communication and very prompt delivery of the new bed. Excellent service on the day of installation, led by Martin, with previous beds removed and new bed put in very efficiently. A very clear explanation was given for use and all staff were friendly and very helpful. Would certainly recommend to others.

This company is probably the worst
This company is probably the worst and incompetent company I have ever dealt with. Firstly, they have several companies, where, they clearly do not talk to each other. I ordered the accessories from the Adjustable bed factory, when I rang them up, I get Willowbrook, and when I paid for my goods I get Ashley Virtual Terminal Ltd. So, when the delivery came, it only had two thirds of our order on the van, so, it all went back and a new date was provided, the day before the second delivery, I was phoned by the driver who informed me of what was on the van and yet again, only two thirds was on the van. I rang them, emailed them and on each occasion I was given another number or email address, they wouldn't offer any compensation for their clear mess. When ALL the goods finally turned up, one item was completely useless which was not explained by the sales person to me.
All in all, this company is completely incompetent, it's left hand doesn't know what it's right hand is doing. If I were the CEO, I make sure that there was only one company and sack most of the high end managers as they are clearly surplus to requirement. But this company is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. With all that said, the two delivery drivers and mates were very helpful.

We had arranged the delivery for the 6th of January, we arrived and unfortunately there had been a picking error, we spoke and confirmed this on the 7th and rearranged a delivery on the 8th January. The delivery was accepted and everything was delivered.
As a gesture, we have sent some flowers as an apology to you and your wife.
We are pleased you had this delivery and the issue was resolved within a matter of days.

Great bed delivery and set up
Matt H and Paul H delivered and set up my adjustable bed today and they are a great double act. They were extremely professional and very friendly. Their banter made their work pass seemingly quickly. They were informative and made me feel very comfortable. If my new bed's mechanics perform the way they carried out their job, I'll be happy.
