Easy to claim online, quick payments and great customer service 👍
I have been a customer for some years now, and I really appreciate the ease of claiming online as well as the fast payment turnaround.
Due to an unexpected health issue, I have had some prescriptions and treatments to pay for. Having my BHSF health cash plan, has made this financial burden lighter and much more affordable.

Very easy systems to use online
Very easy systems to use online - a quick table to see where any claim is up to and when submitting claims a rolling total is very visible. Post claim submission is also very good, keeping me updated of the process and also when to expect refund into my bank account
