CARS had an easy online system
CARS had an easy online system, including a variety of contact options when needing to inquire about a specific case.
As I was working abroad this came in extremely handy as WhatsApp was my only method of contacting the CARS team.
The Staff member I spoke to via WhatsApp was Aimee, the humanely manner in which she took to explain the issue was more than accommodating. It was dignified and polite as any interaction involving a matter of debt should be as it can be anxiety inducing or shameful for a majority of your customers. However, Aimee understood my issue straight away, her replies and instructions on how to navigate the website and my options in terms of settling the outstanding balance were accurate.
Aimee’s prompt, concise and accurate guidance through the process was much smoother than I had anticipated. Largely due to your staff that make these things easier to resolve.

What a breath of fresh air..!
I spoke to Daniel Irving, earlier today. He was altogether, professional, kind hearted, sympathetic to my plight and incredibly helpful, to the point where he offered me so much confort and help during my explanation of events thst lead to my dispute with an insurer. I cannot recommend this kind, intelligent and professional young man enough! I wish him well and hope he gains promotion rapidly.
