Very efficient check in and out even…
Very efficient check in and out even though we left car at 3am. Great transfer to the south terminal with pleasant driver. Would be 5* but return driver quite rude and parking worker nearly collided with us on our way out as he was driving too fast.

Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you found the check-in and collection process efficient, even with your early 3am arrival, and that you had a great outbound transfer to the South Terminal with a pleasant driver.
We are, however, very sorry to hear about your experience on the return journey. Your comments regarding the attitude of the return driver are disappointing, and we are particularly concerned by your report that one of our parking team was driving too quickly and nearly collided with your vehicle as you were leaving. Safety within our site is extremely important to us, and this is something we would like to investigate properly.
Please email customerservices@cophallparking.co.uk with your booking reference, date of travel and approximate time of your return. This will allow us to identify the staff involved and investigate both aspects of your feedback with the site management team.
We appreciate your otherwise positive comments and apologise that these incidents prevented what could have been a five-star experience.

I've been using cophall parking for…
I've been using cophall parking for years when I had a bad experience elsewhere.they have a very good way of working.park your car go to the office register your vehicle get onto the bus drops you of. When you come back you just phone up tell them which port you are bus collects you to go back to cophall. Collect your keys and your car is waiting in the car park. First class service.

Due to a pc problem at my end I called on the phone to make my booking and received great service from the friendly agent even though it went on a bit and took her well after her finishing time for the day.

Having used cophall for many years
Having used cophall for many years. But unfortunately never again. . On collection car mats were covered in mud . Bird poo all over the rear of the car. I don’t just mean a little . More poo than paint on show. When I complained they jet washed with plain water. It has taken 3 washes and a polish to restore paintwork. Never again

Our customers’ vehicles are stored in secure open-air parking compounds, so unfortunately bird droppings and dirt can occur while vehicles are parked outside. However, the extent you have described, together with the mud inside the vehicle, is something we would like to look into further.
We’re pleased that the team attempted to clean the vehicle when you raised the issue at the time, but we appreciate from your comments that this did not resolve the problem satisfactorily.
As a longstanding customer, we are particularly disappointed to hear that this experience has resulted in you deciding not to use us again. Please email customerservices@cophallparking.co.uk with your booking reference, vehicle registration and, if possible, any photographs you took of the vehicle when it was returned.
This will allow our Customer Services team to investigate what happened and review the condition in which your vehicle was returned.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.
