Been running a successful business as an ITA with Inteletravel for almost 2 yrs I cannot say enough great things, so many happy customers and successful bookings, they are opening doors for people who would not have the opportunity to start their own business with much higher financial risks.

I joined the company as an independent travel agent and I have never been happier! I am able to work this business alongside my full time job in the ambulance service, using my time wisely, i have been able to curate many trips and created lifelong memories for couples, families and solo travellers.

There are over 100+ partnered suppliers to work with and by using my UK PIN I am able to approach other hotels/travel companies and create my own partnerships. There is an incredible amount of training available so my knowledge has grown hugely.

Then there is the social and psychological aspect of it, it has exponentially increased my confidence and being part of a wider team makes me feel seen, heard and respected.

Overall, my experience of Inteletravel has been nothing but positive and I have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy the benefits of creating my own business and legacy for my new family.

I’ve been an independent travel agent with InteleTravel for 2 years now & I can’t fault them.
The suppliers, support, training and platform we have access to is 2nd to none!
I will never get tired of having the ability to earn from something I was already doing.

Beware of false reviews. We were advised as agents and plannet reps to come on here and write positive reviews as the negative reviews were putting people off from signing up. Whilst some may have success in this business many do not. They charge you for any commission to be paid back to you. The prices are not competitive at all. And the agent rates they discuss can be cheaper but when you factor in your monthly fee it’s actually a joke. And definitely do not join the rep side all they promote is starting fake conversations with people on social media all so you can get them to join the business- disgusting, false and makes the whole company very untrustworthy.

This is a SCAM COMPANY. They use any excuse not to pay your owed commission! If you leave, they say your account is in arrears and won't release your commission.. funnily enough, if you PAY to rejoin, then you can apparently have your commission! What absolute garbage!

Don’t take heed of the bad reviews. I’ve been with the company over 6 months and am earning money by selling travel to my customers as well as my own travel. You are an independent agent, you work for yourself, self employed. The support and training is second to none, I couldn’t wish for a better upline who introduced me to the business.

Biggest scam artists of all time!!! DO NOT JOIN THESE BUNCH OF CLOWNS. Non of them know what they’re doing. Especially Susan Kavanah, biggest scammer going. All they care about is your money, nothing more. They took my to small claims court because my brother cancelled a holiday, never contacted him for payment but contacted me. Even though I’d followed procedure they claim I didn’t even when I had proof. They think it’s all over now a settlement is agreed but it’s just the beginning. They won’t forget me anytime soon DO Not join these scammers

I joined InteleTravel as an Independent Travel Agent 12 months ago, and I’ve never looked back. The training and support they offer is incredible and extremely user friendly. If you are looking to start a career within the Travel Industry as an ABTA Certified Agent, I can highly recommend InteleTravel. Their sign up fee and monthly subscription cost is extremely competitive compared to many other Home Working Agencies. Take the plunge, you won’t regret it!

InteleTravel is fantastic! There’s so much to learn, and they give you all the tools to start your business. But it’s up to you to put in the effort and keep growing if you want to succeed.

Im 11 months out of leaving intele to other agency and its the best choice I ever made

I was dubious about becoming an independent agent and thought about it for a whole year as was wondering if I’d actually make any money. Once I joined I realised the company agents are so supportive, aa anre back office. Any tickets I raised regarding change of email addresses or commission questions are quickly resolved.

I’ve been in the business for almost 7 months now and just been paid my first travel commissions - one for booking theatre tickets for a friend and the other a holiday for my brother & nephew.
They are all now returning customers of my travel agent business and I’m thankful I made up my own mind based on people already in the business rather than trusting old, outdated reviews.

Absolutely fabulous company. I have had several smaller and larger trips booked through inteletravel and have always received the best service from agents as well as excellent customer service and care. The holidays themselves have always exceeded my expectations. I could not be happier with this company. Having read some of the reviews, I am baffled why people would write bad reviews about the company when they are clearly disgruntled with individuals. Why slate an entire company because a single person wronged you. It’s like saying all doctors are murderers because of what shipman did. Anyway, from mine and my families experience this company is absolutely fabulous - and now it’s proven as featured in travel weekly!

Booked 3 holidays with this circus act.. My holiday to Cyprus in September… RyanAir have completely changed my flights and emailed me to say I could accept the new flights or cancel the flights and get a refund but because I’ve booked through Classic Collection I have to ask for a refund through them … this was over 5 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund !!! Classic Collection say the refund had been sent to InteleTravel and InteleTravel won’t do anything until the agent who took my booking confirms it’s ok to refund … she doesn’t work for them anymore!! Rest assured the 2 x Holidays I also have booked with them next year … I am cancelling .. this party outfit can do one …. BEWARE AT ALL COSTS !!!! And I do mean BEWARE

The best and biggest homeworking travel company! The best decision I made was to join this incredible company - with all of the support and training it really is a business ready to go. The ongoing training from all of the suppliers is amazing too - and I had no experience in the travel industry!!

I joined in August 2024, I absolutely love it. I've made a significant amount not only through commission but also savings on my own holidays. There is so much training and support and such a fabulous community to be a part of and it's so much fun :-)
You are fully covered with both ATOL and ABTA protection so your customers have the highest level of protection which is so reassuring for your customers.
It is your business so you obviously have to treat it like a business and work at it, it's not a get rick quick scheme, but if you are coachable and put in the action required, your earning potential is unlimited! It really is a fantastic opportunity.

If you are hard working and want to get out of the 9-5 or just want another income stream then go for it. I'm so glad I did, just wish I started years ago!

All holidays both ATOL & ABTA protected. They offer amazing ongoing training. Really is a fantastic business in a box. I have saved myself thousands on personal travel and have done the same for my customer base. Wish I started this business sooner.
