Kudos Showers Avis 

The Pinnacle 8 bifold door has a cut-out slot to open and close the door which lets water out onto the bathroom floor! The door is not cheap but you have to pay an additional £55 for a handle! worse still, the handle is shallow on the outside and requires two hands to close the door!! God help you if your hands are weak/arthritic. For the money Kudos could do a lot, lot better.

The advice I received was prompt, relevant and helpful, with fixing advice too. The spare part arrived within 2 days. I’m now confident I can fix the door myself thanks to the comprehensive information I got.

Well, I've just ordered some spare parts for my shower door, which are on their way. I asked a question about fitting the shower door back on after I get the parts, and got a response in less than an hour with comprehensive instructions. Very good!

Kudos Showers were absolutely brilliant dealing with my questions and order. Anne was so swift in getting back to me and responding to the photos of our shower cubicle. Kudos were able to identify the model from several years ago and point me to the correct replacement parts.

We had very helpful advice from Kevin on the phone , and then a service call out from Tony. He solved our seal problem and answered a couple of queries about cleaning the glass, Kudos is always very professional and helpful.

Never had anything but a great experience with this company I bought my shower screen 4 years ago it's still looks brand new and I've only had to buy a replacement seal once which was a really reasonable price. The customer service is excellent they responded to my query also immediately I would 100% recommend them.

Kudos product bought 2 months ago was faulty. Contacted Customer Service who responded within 24 hours offering a replacement.
Excellent customer service with no hassle.

Anne was very helpful. I was uncertain as to which part I required I sent in a photo and got back a link to the item. In the email it also included a guide to fit the patches which were very easy to understand. It gave us confidence to do the repair ourselves without having to find a plumber. Recently, whilst trying to clean the shower outlet on our Kudos shower tray we discovered that the installer had failed to leave a small plastic tool to enable us to do it. We e-mailed Kudos customer services and Emily got back to us, asked for photos to ascertain what type of outlet we had, and promptly posted out, free of charge the part we needed.

I originally purchased a Kudo shower tray & cubicle in 2005. This product quality & design was excellent. The aftersales support was also first class!
We specified Kudos trays & cubicles for our self build & have been very pleased. We experienced an issue due to incorrect installation by our installer. Kudos identified the issue and supplied replacement seals free of charge, along with installation guidance. Superb service for near on 20 years from this UK owned with UK manufacturing Company. Customer called me after his shower door runner failed.
Its quite usual for shower screens to have no clear manufacturer name on them.
It was easy to identify the screen on the Kudos spares page, i was very impressed with the number of spares available and their very reasonable cost.
I ordered top and bottom door runners and a full set of seals which turned up within 2 days.

Needed spare parts for a shower door which had failed just before Xmas. Unfortunately like most companies Kudos shut down for about 2 weeks for their annual holidays however once re-opened their response to my query was extremely speedy. Ordered parts online thanks to a link they sent and everything arrived within a couple of days.

Can’t fault their customer service. Item despatched within 24hrs due for delivery by DPD. I inadvertently put the wrong postcode on the order. Spoke with Ann at customer service who liaised with DPD to correct the matter. Nothin was too much trouble.
