Again same attitude as on the telephone, at no point were we told of prices in the 20 minute visit.
The mechanic hardly said a word.
Then when I ring to complain, no apology just a cold response.
Very poor customer service by all.

After some problems with a previous order, I ordered a completely new bed.
Customers services was helpful in helping me choose a bed more suitable for my needs. The bed raised my feet at a straight way, not bent at the knees. I paid extra for some alterations and we were able to agree a delivery date.
The men arrived on time, we confirmed all the details of where the bed would be positioned and all the details. They were cheerful , friendly, quick , efficient and tested out the mechanics of the bed. I had a test run before they left. The whole delivery was a pleasant experience.

Very happy with this companies products and performance. Purchased before 2 years ago but had to return due to ordering wrong size and refund immediately processed. This time ordering procedure, sorting out minor problem and bed delivery went without a hitch and very happy to recommend to other customers.

I was struggling to buy a reclining bed & get it delivered within 48 hours. The reason was that my Wife who had been critically ill was being discharged from hospital - and a reclining bed was essential.
I spoke to Donna - she came up with options, and the bed was delivered within 48 hours. Excellent all round - thank you!

We bought an adjustable bed 10 years ago and have been really pleased with it. We have recently replaced one of the mattresses, the whole process was made simple by Charlotte who took our order the 2 lads who delivered and installed the massage mattress.

very straight forward and understanding. Delivery people were great, installed perfectly and sorted my other bed out for collection. Bed is really comfy no complaints and would definitely use again.

From the start speaking with Ash in sales to Marie and colleagues in the back office/delivery to Dean and his crew mate (sorry didn't catch name but you liked my dog!) Taking old bed away, building new bed and showing me how to use it.

The purchase of my new mechanical bed to aid my sleep with AS and OA has been superb! I haven't slept a whole night for a very long time. Since my bed arrived I've had uninterrupted 7 hour sleeps. I have far reduced pain in my lower back, neck and ankles. The ottoman is a dream to lift by motor and storage excellent. The mattress is comfortable and whole bed well made. I highly recommend Laybrook.

We decided to purchase our new bed from Laybrook after visiting their showroom and going through all the options with Donna. She gave us some really helpful advise and it was great to try the different features out. There was no pressure at all to make an immediate decision.
We were then able to phone Donna to finalise which features we wanted and get a final quotation. The communication regarding delivery was excellent and when the bed was delivered and installed we were also given a very thorough demonstration on how everything works.
From our first contact with Laybrook the customer service we have received has been absolutely excellent.

The Engineer,Mark did a great job on his own, cleared all the decks work very quickly and tidy very pleased with how he conducted hisself.

We wanted a turning bed as my husband has Parkinson’s and can’t get his legs into bed unaided. We had a demo from another company but the bed wasn’t suitable. I contacted Laybrook who were very helpful and were happy to travel from Bicester to Sussex to demonstrate the bed in our home and no obligation. We were impressed and although expensive we decided to order. Just 4 weeks to arrive. Helpful men who removed old bed and erected the new ones. I ordered an adjacent bed with head and feet lifting , they fit together very well. One day on,my husband is just beginning to get used to the workings,but they are very simple and will be helpful with his condition.An excellent experience from Laybrook, helpful when I contacted them with queries a couple of times. I certainly would recommend this company.

was told in advance there would be a delay in the bed i had bought but we were willing to wait. Bed arrived on wed 27/9/2025 on time fitters were great very helpful showed us how to use the controls talked us through everything making sure we understood. Ordered the bed online, Dan who took the was order was very good. good team effort by all, thankyou.

Very good company.Have used before and this time had a new mattress for my adjustable bed.Very well made as always and would highly recommend this company. Lost one star because no one arranged delivery with me,the guys just turned up.They were extra special and arranged everything for me to enable them to fit new mattress and take old one away(so 5 stars to them!)so kind and polite. So come on admin staff,don't let the m all down by not informing customers about what is going on.Super company and will use them again,highly recommend.Irene,Sheffield.

The whole experience from purchase to installation of the adjustable bed cannot be faulted. I was talked through the purchase process so I felt happy with what I was ordering. Delivered and assembled as they said. Instructions on bed use were explained fully. Bed looks beautiful. Looking forward to a good nights sleep.

Buying the bed was great experience. 5 years on my solid oak bed has splits on both side rails. Laybrook response, out of warranty - sorry. My argument is a good quality oak bed should last more than 5 years. Conclusion it is either not good quality (ie not oak) or there is a manufacturing fault. It is not a warranty issue it’s a “fit for purpose” issue!

There were problems, some of my own making, some by out situation at home. All were dealt with by the team at Laybrook. I would like to thank them for the patience and understanding at this time.

Absolutely made up with this company. Had the bed and few years. My brother M Formston is in a home and has parkinsons. He needs a bed to help lift him up and one thats comfortable. The motor failed and we had an engineer out all swapped and working again in no time. No questions nothing that would like alot of companies try to get out of doing extra work. Straight to it all done. Engineer was very friendly chatty and lovely to talk to. The girl who delt with my calls was so friendly and really cared about her customers. Thanks again. From talking to Laybrook and taking advice on the most appropriate product things were relatively streamlined from delivery to installation and even the choice to test the mattress and make changes to suit the individual. I'd say the whole experience was trouble free and would recommend to anyone.

Right from the visit to the show room to the delivery and installation. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, all our questions answered and everything explained. Delivered in good time and set up efficiently.
The beds are exactly what we needed and the quality
is excellent.
We are really pleased with our adjustable beds and wished we had brought them sooner !

Really super helpful. I’m in a wheelchair, and they went to great lengths to help me. They kept me informed once I’d ordered. Their delivery and assembly people were lovely. I had chosen the largest, heaviest bed, so it was tricky to manoeuvre up our stairs which have a bend in them - but they devised a solution. They were super careful to not scratch the finish on the wood. Really comfortable bed.

Excellent customer service. From deciding which bed and all the options, to the delivery and set up, they could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this company. The bed itself works well.
