HAVE BOUGHT TWO BEDS FROM THIS COMPANY AND HAVE FOUND THE SERVICE TO BE 1ST CLASS ON EVERY LEVEL FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE, ORDERING TO DELIVERY. THEIR COMMUNICATION IS EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

A well made product (adjustable bed) and excellent customer service. When things did not go to plane they sorted everything out quietly with minimum fuss.

The bed is great and arrived on time. It was assembled and ready within half an hour. I was so pleased with the expedited service because I needed to get the bed quickly and they managed to go from ordering to delivery in just a couple of weeks. The sales service was exceptional, with great care taken to ensure all the specifications of the bed were correct and suitable for my Mum's personal conditions.

Ordered over the phone and received good recommendations for what we needed from the bed. Customer service was very good. Bed was delivered but unfortunately there was a couple of issues which were sorted within a reasonable time frame. Dad loves his new bed.

Laybrook is a company that likes to keep potential customers well informed about all their products and services throughout a purchasing process without being over aggressive allowing a customer time to decide what they wish to do. I found all the company representatives from the various sections I had to deal with during my purchase process most courteous, friendly and obliging which made the whole process of making the purchase of our new bed most satisfying experience. The Company carries a very good collection of adjustable beds in all sizes and formats, and a comprehensive list of other associated bedding and aid accessories with appropriate prices so one can make informed choices easily and hassle free.

They called to let me know what day the bed would arrived gave me a reasonable time slot, called before arrival and workmen were so kind and helpful and well mannered even offering to mop the floor by the front door afterwards due to the poor weather. From start to finish, they answered every question I had. I received the bed today Eyre Hi-Low adjustable. It hasn't been used yet as it's for when my mother gets out of hospital, but it looks great and very well made. I was shown what button does what, so I'm not left scratching my head 🤔.The delivery guys Chris and Mark, were very polite, friendly and professional. So far so good 👍.

Bed and mattresses delivered when expected, with a phone call 30mins before delivery.....very useful.
Old bed out and new one in, within 40mins!
Tried out the new bed and my mattress felt very hard...it was thought a firmer mattress might be more appropriate for a paraplegic to move on....and it was, but sleeping was a different matter!
My husband was delighted with his memory foam mattress, but we agreed to swap my Qflex for his mattress, and overnight, I knew, that was the bed for me,
Phoned the company and no problem, they will swap my mattress, for the memory foam, all within a week.
Excellent service, and have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I needed my mattress a little bit faster than their regular delivery dates so logistics made it possible to have my mattress much faster and at no extra cost to me

Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and could answer a range of questions. Delivery was punctual and the guys were helpful and efficient.
I would recommend Laybrook especially for carers like me. Staff had a sensitivity when dealing with dementia.
